After the other men had cleaned up and gone home, Alexi and Connor stuck around the gym for a while longer -- the former returning from the showers to continue lifting weights and the latter back in the ring to relive his victory over David.

Connor stood in the corner of the ring, leaning against the top turnbuckle and chuckling, watching Alexi pump iron to get even bigger. He admired the Soviet's work ethic, but knew that he must still be haunted by the loss of his belt to Gorilla all that time ago.

"Hey," the referee suddenly spoke up, not really ready to go home yet. "Wanna wrestle?"

Alexi looked up from his dumbbells and a small smirk appeared on his handsome face.

"Da."
