Deep in a secret American laboratory lay a new chemical perfected and ready to deliver to the military.  However, the powerful Soviet superhero, the Siberian Slammer, has gotten word of this from a loose-lipped, tight-ended chemist he slept with for information.

Deep in the night, the Siberian Slammer broke into the enemy's facility and got his hands on the only flask and the lab notes.  But before he could escape, an all-American superstud with a patriotic costume found him!
