Heya, guys!  Thank you for support, first of all, and thank you again for bearing with me this month.  I've been working to help make up for the lack of a bigger story and hope that these works do just that.

This is Back in the Ring, a mini(-ish) match between Alexi and Gorilla and their first match together in quite some time!  The two titanic wrestlers collide again after Alexi challenges his rival to a high-stakes match in the ring -- with no ref to get in their way!

Included in this are two outcomes for the match, plus a nice amount of text (a little over 4700 words) to help fill in the action.  I've also included .odt and .doc versions of the text for better readability.

Thanks, everyone; I appreciate your support greatly!  Enjoy!

I love Alexi and Gorilla, love the mini-match format and the finishing moves you create. Wish you release one mini-match every month or so...

I like how you did the alternate endings. No one knows which is the real ending. Gorilla will always have my vote. Especially with how dominating and confident he is in his ending. Also, stamina for days. However, Alexi in both routes makes me wonder how much of Zangief's thick meat did he take to during his training to get so good. P.S. Glad, you seem to be feeling better. Make sure you're fully healed ok :D

First of all great you're feeling better. Second of all I love this Gorilla and Alexi are my two favorite characters from you. And the multiple ending is great my personal canon ending is Gorilla but it's great to have the best of both worlds. I also like the subtle implications that outside the ring Gorilla and Alexi have grown to be fond of one another yet maintain a rivalry in the ring.

I'm glad you enjoyed the format! I'll have to keep it in mind for the future. I've been trying some new moves lately, using my friend Perfect Slam's sets as a base for these bigger guys of mine. Fortunately they seem to usually turn out well!

Thanks, Damion. :) I appreciate it! And yes, indeed; the true ending is whichever you want it to be! Truthfully, I have been thinking of making a video game (probably a visual novel) and I had done a little work using Alexi and Gorilla in the first chapter, so to speak. Parts of that started to seep into this as I was writing it -- particularly in the Gorilla Wins ending -- and I had to dial it back a bit to keep it away from the kind of endings that are in VNs. It would be great to do something like that for you guys one day. And thanks very much! My wrist/hand still do hurt sometimes, but it's nowhere near how it felt at the start of the month. I hope you guys are all doing well, too!

Thanks very much, James! I'm glad you were able to enjoy both of the endings. I always want to do an alternate end, but I usually don't have the time or energy, save for making a PDF adaptation where a lot of the work is already done, so with a smaller match like this, I went with it. I'd like to do more out-of-the-ring stuff (like with the Brazilian Bodyslammers in the spa) in the future to help flesh out these guys' world even more. Their relationships would be a part of that, for sure.

A visual novel with my favorite wrestlers! Sign me up! I hope the wrist is nothing serious. If you need time to heal, take it, my friend.
