Marian is a 10-year-old Psychic- and Fairy-type trainer from Lavender Town. Gifted with powerful psychic abilities since childhood, she struggled to live in a town filled with spiritual activity, constantly hearing and sensing supernatural presences around her. To escape the overwhelming noise, she found comfort in fairy tales and princess stories, developing a love for all things cute, elegant, and magical. Concerned for her well-being, her parents sent her to Cornucopia Island in Cresva, where she learned to control her powers under the guidance of Champion Valeria. Inspired by Valeria's strength, grace, and femininity, Marian now dreams of becoming just as powerful and glamorous, taking on the Cresva League Challenge to prove herself alongside her best friend, a Mimikyu named "Hastur".
