Tekken 8: Miary Zo Brings Yet Another Modpocalypse (UPDATED) (Patreon)

UPDATE: OrisuB figured out a general fix that seems to be working for his mods. I've confirmed this working for the Hurrah Venus (No Shoes) mods for Asuka, Lili, Xiaoyu and Reina.

Man, this really sucks, and that we were expecting it doesn't really make things any less annoying. I really wanna slap the Tekken 8 devs, but what can you do? As we feared, the Miary Zo Update (Patch 2.8) has brought with it another Modpocalypse, causing many, many mods to cause a Fatal Error and CTD when you use them in the game.

The One great thing is that yes, up to now, our Tekken 8 Female Feet Overhaul, the base mod without which I would not be that interested in the game, STILL works and as far as I can tell, will keep on working even after Tekken 9 arrives. The Barefoot Ladies' Fullbody Costumes mod though unfortunately has broken yet again (it ALWAYS breaks anway).

The downside is that I most of our mod releases here on Patreon were affected, with only the recently-released Asuka Tekken 5 mod (and only partially) still working. A few other mods also survived, but haven't been released yet so I can't talk about them much (I may release them soon).

So what can we do but roll with the punches. I'll try my best to have the broken mods fixed- till then, I'll be removing the now-useless attachments/downloads and marking the posts as Broken or something until they are resolved.

I can actually still do videos with the affected mods since I do have a backup of the pre-2.8 game folder (90 GBs), though Miary isn't usable in that version.

Anyway, until we get things fixed, Tekken 8 has been shot in the foot yet again, which sucks since it is basically our flagship fighter. But rest assured, I'll keep the Barefoot and KO content coming regardless. Sorry for the inconvenience, we can't help it that the game devs keep causing us trouble. Whatever- moving on...
