Our first new Barefoot KO content for the new year! Here's an early look at a new KO Ending Scene for Ivy (actually her first for SCVI). The gorgeous dominatrix lies out cold in a rather exposed way... looking quite vulnerable indeed. She won't be waking up for a while, so be sure to watch her- er, keep watch.
