R.Mika Lifeguard (SFV) KO Ending (Patreon)

The spirited and sexy wrestler R.Mika lies out cold and unconscious- perhaps she is in need of CPR? Or perhaps just a good foot massage on those sexy feet? Perhaps one should take the opportunity to pin her and get a 1-2-3 count, which should surely wake her up?

Mika is of course currently in the Lifeguard mod by BrutalAce, with the Angel hairstyle (as in, Angel from KOF), which explains her unusual look. The short hair fits her well, and I think accentuates her nice, buff and thicc physique.

This new KO Ending is another Facedown KO pose, as requested by a Patron. I still prefer Face-Up poses, but these are slowly not repelling me so much anymore lol. But anything (within reason) for my supporters! I hope you enjoy the pose and enjoy the lovely Mika as she naps and shows off her Thiccness.
