question lol (Patreon)

hi patreon, i know i can come to u for honest advice🫶 basically on my 2nd recent upload, the one called not kidding this might be the ASMR video of all time, i have gotten a few comments about "skipping"?? i checked my original file that i actually uploaded to youtube, and whenever i play the vid on youtube on my phone or laptop i don't notice any skipping. so i'm wondering if anyone has experienced this, and if there are timestamps that maybe i missed? it's important to know for future upload settings or if youtube has an issue uploading in 4k and then playing on ppl's devices who dont pay for yt premium "enhanced bitrate." okay LOL i hope this makes sense and would really appreciate any honest feedback from y'all! thankyou and i hope you're doing amazing☺️
