Hey Everyone.

Not the message I wanted to send. I'm afraid to say that this weekend's streams are cancelled (sort of).

Now let me quickly say before you worry. I'm about to do all the requests from BOTH days OFFLINE. Record them and there will be 75 request drop TOMORROW NIGHT.

The test stream yesterday went fantastic. I'm sad to say it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY today. Inconsistency. Dropped network connections. Dropped frames and the dreaded 'MV won't even play for me' buffering.

I'm so sorry about this, but I need to be assertive with it. The most important thing is that your requests are DONE. FULL STOP.

I'm going to be going to a PC doctor monday morning (my laptop is having other issues and I wonder if it's linked to this.) To remind you about the status with the extender. I'm currently using a temporary extender (the full time one is arriving wednesday). The temp extender worked PERFECTLY yesterday but I will say that the guy on the phone said that using another brand's extender (temporary extender) might play haywire with your connection in general. The full time extender (arriving on Wednesday) is the same brand as the other extenders already in the house. So I will be doing another test stream AGAIN after it arrives. But I will be doing lots of test streams over the next few weeks to see if there's consistency. If there are still issues, it's a simple case of my broadband/wi-fi just not being able to handle streaming.

Again, I'm so sorry folks. But I'll have to head off to film the requests.
