Like we said in the chat when you recorded, the first 7 songs are all pre-debut (I think you picked up on that). All the songs were written during their survival show. Bang Chan handpicked all of the members and then they had to prove to JYP that they all belonged, basically. What we didn't mention (and I don't know if you know) is that Stray Kids are completely self-produced. 3Racha (Bang Chan, Changbin and Han) write and produce pretty much all of their songs. Sometimes extra producers help or the other members participate in the writing, but at least one of those three will have credits on every song. From minute 1. Meaning even these pre-debut songs. The talent to put out an EP with songs you have written yourself in such a competetive environment as Kpop is just insane. Even if a song doesn't vibe with you, you have to appreciate the work these guys put into their craft. Looking forward to the rest of the series, this is going to be fun!
