All of their Kingdom performances were AMAZING. The original of that song - Rhythm Ta - is really good. One thing I love about their covers is how they make them their own - the vibe is wildly different from the original.

So this ep where they performed rhythm ta they were to choose a group from the participating and cover one of their songs, Ateez and Ikon chose each other and the original rhythm ta is waaaaay different I recommend watching it and then watching ikon’s cover of ateez inception ❤️

Interesting fact about this round, when San did the bboy drop move he actually sprained/twisted his ankle. Whenever the main camera was on him you cannot tell he had an issue at all, but on his solo fan cam you can see him limping whenever he knew he was off the main cam. I really want to request a concert, but I kinda have to hold off until you are at the appropriate place in the discography. Been debating what to request, lol.

I commented you should watch this like ages ago before even the patreon was open and I'm so glad you finally get to see this masterpiece . I don't want to spoil anything but just remember this as you get into the world ep series.

Love your reaction! Did you notice the little blimp with the A on it? You will see it again (only bigger) much later in your Ateez discography ranking...

Loved your reaction, Ross! Vera... Thank You for recommending this! One of my favorites of their Kingdom performances which isn't saying much since they all are!

Quick note on Kingdom performances: although I believe some were lost on account of some hacking shenanigans, most performances have *two* versions. The title of this one begins with "풀버전", or "Full version". This is the raw performance - no audience, no interruptions. The second version's title starts with "EN/JP" (because of the subtitles), and includes cuts to the other groups' reactions - in this case, including iKON themselves, whose song this is, and they had no idea *which* of their songs Ateez were going to be reinterpreting - as they watch it backstage. I thoroughly recommend giving this version a watch too, even if just on your own time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IReqEBcA71o For turnabout, iKON did their own take on Ateez' Inception... The staging and plot, by the way, are based on the Korean series "Money Heist" (which I seem to recall is a remake of a Spanish series).

You are almost to Guerrilla on your ranking. If you see this message… you should scan this performance that came out long before Guerrilla.
