Connect and reconnect (Patreon)

Much of my childhood was spent in a coastal town, so the sea is synonymous with home for me. Countless times, this same beach known as "Los Caracas", was my playground. Practicing yoga in this place reconnects me with the girl I was and connects me with the woman I am, integrating both into a single Being.
