You should do a followup and make the guys watch the Dub version opening that played in the US on Cartoon Network for the first season or two. Just to show how how much they didn't trust kids to appreciate the real openings/wanted shorter ones so they could run more ads. It's only 30 seconds. On Opening 5 it's not my favorite but I genuinely like the song. It has some weird quirks but as a whole I enjoy it. Kobe has a lot of Naruto nostalgia copium in general though. I really like all of the first 5. "After Sasuke leaves it feels like filler" that's cause it is lol The tempo of 7 feels like it starts interesting, just wanders in the middle, and is like a deflating balloon by the end. 8 is a solid song but for whatever reason it just does nothing for me. 9 is one of my favorites by far, and I was just hoping it'd get some respect.

For other reactions I'd love for you to do a ranking of underrated openings. Maybe make a post, have people put openings that they think are underrated/lesser known or maybe limit it to ones from shows that only have 1 to 2 openings total that wouldn't normally make it into their own video, and then you can grab as many as you want from that to fill a video for a tier list of underrated openings (submitted by your Patreon community, giving that subtle nudge for youtube people to join in). A bunch of shows out there with really great openings but just don't get looked at cause they're from one season shows that not a ton of people knew about. But also still asking you do a full video on Gundam: The Witch from Mercury openings and endings cause gotta shoot my shot.

Yeh man’s was spitting y’all crazy for that opening 5 slander, easily S-Tier op and best one of OG Naruto. Would also personally rate op 9 as an A or S compared to the other op’s
