Yea essentially Eren wasn't the one who started this story it was his father as Eren stated and the owl but since Eren is a slave to freedom he did everything necessary to ensure nothing really changed when it comes to the events that happened so that Included Eren manipulating his father to go through with stealing the founding as he already done before. Essentially events can change throughout the timeline but Eren made sure it didn't in his never ending search of freedom. Eren wasn't controlling anything in the beginning as he gotten the power after Grisha. This is also why in other stories like in alternate universes several events happened differently like recently with Invincible. Things can change but Eren made sure it didn't because his will wants to fight on to freedom

Did y'all peek that it was Eren who told Zeke to wait on his scream first? Just an observation I have. My opinion is that Sasha's death confirmed that what he sees is what happens, so it broke him and made him laugh-cry.

To clarify the memories a bit: The attack titan (Grisha) does NOT get to look into the future, instead, future inheritors (Eren) can give memories (of his choice) to previous inheritors. So Grisha cant choose what memories he gets or when he gets them. It's heavily implied that Eren only gave memories to his father when doing so would push his father into doing what he wanted. Additionally the reason Grisha can see and hear future Zeke and Eren is because at the same time Grisha is experiencing an event in his life, he is receiving Eren's memories of that same event, meaning Grisha is hearing/seeing through his body and Eren's body simultaneously, notice that Grisha can only perceive future Zeke when he is in Eren's line of sight. As for Eren: Eren shouldn't be able to see his own future memories with the Attack titan's abilities, only the memories of future inheritors. HOWEVER, since Eren in the future gave his own memories to his father in the past, Eren could then see his own future memories by observing them through Grisha's memory of those events. This means that Eren was giving Grisha memories of his future so that a past Eren could see his own future and be prepared. This is more significant with Grisha's line "I've seen what comes next" meaning Eren still knows events that haven't happened in the present day of the show. Finally its important to know that Eren has SOME of his future memories not all of them, and he only got these memories when he Kissed Historia's hand at the medal ceremony (suggested this ep, confirmed next ep), this is why Eren became emo at the beach and started betraying everyone

Mm I agree. He wasn't laughing, so to speak, he was kind of in a state of losing his mind. Knowing there was nothing he could do and that it was his choices that killed her, it was both sadness and kind of hysterics too.

Make sure to go back to season 1 and I think it's episode 2 or 3, where Mikasa punches Eren and feeds him bread and then pay attention to the background because the mysterious figure is definitely familiar In my opinion
