👁️ Conway's Game of Life ● Video Preview (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

For the past couple of months, I have been teasing you about an upcoming short documentary on Conway's Game of Life. The video will premiere in October, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its publication on Scientific American.

It will focus on the history of the game, and on how to build a computer in it. Or at least as close as we possibly can in 25 minutes! Because yes, Life is Turing complete. In the meantime, this is a small preview of the video!

As it happened for my previous short documentary, The AI of Creatures, the credit section will include all of the names of the people that have been supporting me on Patreon since I started working on this project (including the ones who have now left). The final version of the video will be rendered on Monday morning; if you prefer your name not to be in the credits, please let me know and I will make sure it does not appear!

As always, thank you so much for all your support! 🙏
I hope you will enjoy this video ...and even the next one I'm working on... 😏
