Reading to You ~ a Meditation Article [ASMR]

I hope you enjoy this. ♥️ My second channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeluW_wlg6bPHaTDI2I2aJA What does ASMR stand for? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response What IS ASMR? A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus. Examples of different ways to experience ASMR~ 🧠Physical ASMR Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while having your hair brushed/styled/touched, getting your forehead rubbed or your face touched softly while getting makeup applied. Someone softly tracing upon your back. 🗣Auditory ASMR Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while listening to a particular sound that triggers you. There are several different sounds that may trigger this feeling; such as a whispered voice, typing on a keyboard, water swishing sounds, listening to someone write, turn pages in a book, tap on objects, etc. 👁Visual ASMR Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while observing someone create art, slice foods, carve soap, wood, candles, trace over shapes/letters with their finger or a pointer etc. ——————————————————————————————— 💗𝗦 𝗢 𝗖 𝗜 𝗔 𝗟 𝗠 𝗘 𝗗 𝗜 𝗔💗 🦋 P A T R E O N - https://www.patreon.com/primasmr 📱 I N S T A G R A M - https://www.instagram.com/primieprimprim/ 🐦 T W I T T E R - https://twitter.com/primieprimprim?lang=en 🎧 S P O T I F Y - https://open.spotify.com/artist/6OhEbrAJdkKbJ8cjfNCi1X?si=qHp73lGtRF6k2oZL0_OiEQ 💤 T I N G L E S - https://tingles.app.link/Prim-ASMR 👚 P R I M - S T O R E - https://teespring.com/stores/primieprimprim 💌 E M A I L - primasmr@gmail.com ——————————————————————————————— #ASMR

I'm definitely getting a Karate Kid/Cobra Kai vibe from this video because of your bandana! :) I really love the bonsai tree in the background too. My grandfather and I have one just like that in our living room. :) It really is important to learn how to clear one's mind and relax to alleviate stress and develop a sense of inner calm and peace. Thank you so much for this video, Primie!

Hi Prim, thanks for doing this really relaxing video for us, your meditation & relaxed breathing is much needed in our busy stressful day to day lives I personally spend too much time worrying about silly things that if I leave fester inside me can really get me down sometimes so I really find this video helpful especially the calm breathing exercises at the end I totally found myself relaxed just listening to it in bed as it's now 11.30pm here in Ireland, so just after posting this comment am going to listen to the audio again & hopefully fall straight to sleep.💤😴 thanks again for posting this early access video on patreon Prim!! You & your work are always appreciated.🦋🌺🌻
