Since you're drinking a lot of water, I'd assume your headache is probably stemming from wearing your headphones over your glasses and putting pressure on the sides of your head near the temple for long periods of time since you watch several episodes in a row. I'd suggest wearing the glasses so the arms are ABOVE the headphone cuff or stopping every 20ish minutes or between each episode to take your head phones off and glasses and stretch and give yourself a good 5-10 minute break before starting the next episode.

Most people play monopoly wrong, that's why it takes too long. People tried to make favorable house rules, but if you play it properly, it takes like an hour to an hour and a half depending on the players, and if an hour is too long, they have speed rules too so you can finish a game in 20 minutes.
