My watch has ended.....

I so desperately need y'all to watch Interview with the Vampire (2022+ AMC series) once there's some space in the schedule. The actor who plays Grey Worm is one of the leads and it is so!!! freaking fantastic. He did a good job in GoT but Jacob Anderson in IWTV is on another level entirely, it's such a trip to see him here.

I❤️movies&tvshows

Ser Arthur Daynes sword is called Dawn. It’s the opposite of Velryian steel. It’s not dark it’s milk white and was made from a meteorite in the books.

I❤️movies&tvshows

Ser Gerold Hightower was Lord Commander of the Kingsguard for the mad king. In the books he dies here with Ser Arthur Dayne. There were 3 Kingsguard there in the books so I am not sure if this is him or not in the tv show. But if it is we finally get to see a Hightower in GOT.

I really dislike the story arc for Arya in the show. In the books her Braavos storyline is so much better in my opinion. And the show also changed what Ned told Bran about Arthur Dayne. In the books Ned tells Bran that Arthur Dayne would have killed him if it wasn’t for Howland Reed. But we never hear in the books what Howland Reed did to save Ned in that situation. It is one of the things the book fans are waiting to learn more about. 📚

i can’t wait for the next ep already 😿

Finally NOWY TENDS!

Fuck Olly all my homies hate Olly 🗣️🔥

a_daichi

I was at work but anyone else not getting notifications lately? I have mine set to be notified 🙃

Joe Mama

Yeah idk how you can think season 5 is better than 6 tbh. The upcoming seasons finale reaction is gonna be hype!

emma.bean

another fantastic episode.. season 6 just cooks im sorry. watching this season live the hype was so real. i think people became overly critical of season 6 only after the show had ended and they were upset and traced the downfall back to the season that grrm wasnt as involed & the book canon had died.. but in the moment that season 6 was airing, i just remember ppl being so stoked. this season is great television. and as someone that still hasnt read the books, season 6 is PEAK GOT for me.. i have the books and i will read them soon but i also really dont think it will alter my opinion of the show.. i am fully capable of keeping them separate, as they (grrm & D&D) said we should.

tp

Look what they've done to my boy smalljon umber 😔

Manro

Bran is literally Eren

Caleb

Keep them coming boys

Jv1300

I never felt bad for Olly. I was like good riddance he prob would have turn into a Ramsey type character

Renaldo Allard

6X9 is the best episode in history ‼️‼️ can’t wait

Renaldo Allard

John still living by ned Starks code of honor a real legend man 🙏still swing the sword still living by Ned’s ideology good and evil are two sides of the same coin but John has a balance and always puts the greater good first

Wadzi

Fuck Olly was happy as hell when he was strung up just saying.

Renaldo Allard

Ned did kill Arthur just not in the way everybody thought he did land the final blow Ned was honorable during the fight he didn’t tell the other guy to stab him but he just accepted it and moved forward what’s the point of telling everybody how he died if he still landed the final blow regardless

Bri-Ana Monique

Go ahead & bless us with Episode 4 today 🥹🩵

Bri-Ana Monique

Jon & Davos the duo you guys didn’t know you needed 🤞🏽😎

yio

I don't think Ned really went around and boasted that he killed Sir Arthur Dayne. People probably asked him how Sir Arthur died and he simply said "I killed him" in typical Ned fashion (man of few words). He's not lying at the end of the day, and the story was probably exaggerated as it passed from one person to the next.

Anthony Rodriguez

the other knight with ser arthur dayne is ser Lord Commander Gerold Hightower

Julia

I can't remember, how far have McKay and Jack seen?

Jessica

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANNON 🎂 Hope you have a wonderful day❤️❤️

Katie Thomas

Fuck Olly! It’s sad his life took this turn but he’s old enough to know that it’s wrong to murder someone and that there are consequences for killing people. He’s also a Northerner, who would have been raised to respect the importance of oaths and keeping your vows. He made a conscious decision to lure Jon into a trap and then plunge a knife into his heart, and had to face the consequences. He won’t be missed.

Vlad Blue

I just realised that this season is the only season I remember most of. Granted it’s specific scenes but this season is a good season.

Nicole

Yesssssss next episode please! It’s getting so good!

Amna

As much as I love some scenes in this season, this season is just full of fan service. The writers ignore most of the lore, oversimplify the story, so many things just don't make sense

lola

So is GOT Tuesdays-Thursday or Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays?

Bambina

I can’t wait for 6x4 I’m literally dying

Maria Eduarda Costa

it would be too much crazy to dream about having a entire got week? kkk 😬

Dante

I remember reading we get 3 episodes a week Tue-Thur. Is 6x4 happening tonight or Saturday?

a_daichi

I mean I only felt a tiny bit bad for Olly. I just feel like he should have taken into account that Jon wouldn’t have done anything to intentionally hurt him. He knew the reasons why Jon was letting the wildlings in. Literally to save the human race. I understand it was his family. I really do but hi I’d like mankind to live. Just my opinion & how I see it.

NoneOfYourBeeswax

Bran didn't say that his father ever told him he killed Ser Arthur Dayne. What he said was that he'd "heard the story" many times.

WhynefineT

This is why hotd>got

Blake

If Carter likes the time travel aspect than he’s going to love dark

****************SPOILERS******************* ****************DO NOT READ*********************** . . . . . . . ... . . . . . . . . . . . They did not have to bring him back, knowing how the show ended. So disappointing, but most of the characters were butchered in last 2 seasons, so nothing strange there.

emma.bean

Am I tripping or was there an update comment somewhere last night about GOT being delayed for cannons bday but dropping today?? I swear I read that.. or… am I really seeing studio gek updates in my dreams now?? 😭💀

Matt Haloostock

In fairness, the Sword of the Morning was more skilled than Barristan the Bold (iirc). He was the most skilled out of all the kingsguard knights. There's no way Ned could've truly defeated him in the 1v1 with it being believable. Ned was losing to Jaime in season 1 after all. I think he was ashamed of how he won the fight, which is why he never talked about it to his kids.

Jenny D

I did feel bad for Olly, but he also put a knife in Jon's heart. I get that the Wildlings have killed nights of the watch men, but I'd rather have a peace and them on my side then the side of the dead

Jenny D

I feel like the flashback shows that often times history is told from the perspective of the victor's and can often be unreliable.

Darren Pangan

Ned didn't swear his life to protect Arthur Dayne. Jaime swore to protect the Mad King. There's the difference, I think. Also, I think the reason Ned didn't tell the truth about how killing Arthur Dayne to protect Howland Reed.
