Our first OP training arc...?

Files

Comments

bebe

but why is haikyu on “only live action” tier

Andrew Lynch

Great call not skipping these

Amare D.

How dare you bad mouth D. Helmepoo savoir of the universe

Marcos

So these 2 episodes were cover stories that are canon in the manga but they are rarely animated. One that you skipped that got animated was buggy finding his body parts. One that was not animated that happened in the manga when this saga began is hatchan(octopus) escaped arlong park and found a mermaid and starfish than began a food restaurant.

shlumlord

love this journey with yall

Mitchel

One thing I love about this one piece journey is how much Jack is talking and being involved. Cause most of the time he's the more reserved gek

Vol

geks you've misplaced the haikyuu upload btw

Mitchel

Yea don't listen to any who tells you to skip canon because Oda is a man who goes back and looks over his past work so it can be weaved into future arcs. Which is how and why One Piece has the best world building.

Dreamknight942

W as always, also these episodes are so good, whoever said to skip needs to chill

Clover

another week, another peak OP reaction with peak reactors 🔥🔥🔥 such iconic two eps from one peak yet again

Gilster

I'm not sure if it was specifically said nights watch but yes Oda confirmed in an SBS segment Zoro only sleeps from 4-7 at night so he takes naps during the day

Poragami

It's actually insane how good One Piece dialogue is

Arallius

You guys should do a 12 hour binge when the alabasta arc starts it would be so good

Enma

Everytime I see Bogard I get reminded of that guy on Tiktok 🤣🤣 and turned me into a Bogard stan

Gon Freaky

Love these 2 episodes

greyxwaren

genuinely thought y’all will skip this one since you skipped the buggy cover story episodes. glad you watched it it’s gonna add so much impact for the future stuff odd has cooked up

Karlsefni

LesGoooo, they didn’t skip these episodes - good lookin Jack

MEW1023

this IS canon. It's just a little weird. These were published as a story across the cover pages of multiple chapters, so it's kind like a mini side story that runs parallel to the main story

jrnoodles

Thanks Geks! I'm sorry, but it's crazy that some people asked you to skip this.

ainsley

garp my GOAT

Dale Cooper

I can't post the sleep schedule that Oda confirmed later in the series, but Zoro sleeps in the early morning(4am-7am) then naps whenever. Luffy in true fashion just sleeps whenever he's sleepy and wakes up whenever.

Rhettoric

Honestly really messed up that Brig is hating on the wielder of the Ninja Gum Gum Fruit

T

Garp my goat!!

Michael H

I want a giant, rideable duck.

1999

You should watch Hereditary as a Halloween movie 😈

Safaricat

thank you Jack for not skipping these.

Kite

I'm so sad I watched some of the live action and got spoiled 😔

1999

I’m halfway through the manga cuz I was told the anime pacing sucks but so far it’s been pretty good watching with you guys.

Justin gratton

At the beginning of most chapters there are some single page cover stories that are cannon but must of them don’t get animated this coby stuff is one of the few that were

Justin gratton

Helmeppo in the live action is actually great

T

"I want to be on the boat with them" - that's OP in a nutshell lol

Maj

In all honesty these episodes have a pretty big impact later in the story 👀

Fiona

Carter and Cannon saying that they want to be on the boat too was insanely cute and endearing tbh 🥹

GBuckets

F you Brig, Helmeppo is my goat

pink turtle

Glad captain jack is at the helm and ya'll watched these eps. There are no "boring" eps when the reactors are fun to watch 😁. Plus it's cool to see how animators bring cover stories to life.

kaan

Good job Jack!!

DonDuh103

Yo love the one piece drops this next arc is about 8 episodes if possible y’all should do 4 a piece understandable if not with all the other stuff you watch plus y’all got lives with family and friends but can’t wait either way thanks

Alex

I'm glad you guys got told about certain characters' looks being inspired by celebrities like Lenny Kravitz! Oda actually does this with a lot of characters' designs, so I'm looking forward to seeing how many you pick up on during your reactions!

CoLdBITeR

I can't wait for the geks to learn more about garp and his background. Definitely interesting.

John D. Acebes

I am refreshing this page until i see the new drop. work be damned

Nashi

Bro I still think Garp with the dog thing looks so stupid lol

William Wijaya

Jack don't forget episode 207-219 IS cannon. Never falter to fake fans.

Pudding

Yk what, I can't help myself, I need more OP episodes so I'll get the Gek Tier lol

Liza

😆😁😁❤️

Liza

Enjoy seeing these 2 episode of Koby and Helmeppo growth journey. Garp and Bogard :)
