I'm really confused, so posting a comment here: I'm in the old subscription tier from the AoT days, which should cover live action and anime. Since then, I have stayed subbed to this patreon without missing a month. And yet, I see a post about Violet Evergarden which is showing as locked for me. Patreon is asking me to upgrade my membership or to purchase that one post. Is this a bug, or have you guys changed your policy about my tier? Edit: Query has been resolved, thanks all. Looks like I should check out Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I don’t remember exactly what happened w Gray Matter and Walt, but honestly, its Walts own fault that they’re “poor”. The man is a chemistry genius and could definitely be working at some high paying chem company, but somehow he has to have a shitty highschool job, not even uni/college, and a second one at a carwash 😅 make it make sense

I appreciate Carter’s experience on the re-watch. There’s a lot of shows that will happen with my guy as you get older. Your experience in life changes and then you have a totally different perspective. Yes, story literacy makes a difference too. But just a few years later and you already appreciate the family dynamic way more. Marriage certainly helps but just wait if you have kids. My experience the first watch was I identified with Walter just in that “I too might do anything to take care of my family” vibe. I have 2 kids who were still living at home when I watched this and I have always taken the responsibility of providing for my family Very seriously, even when I was 21. But on the re-watch I definitely defended Skylar more. I’m getting a bit ahead and referring to more of what happens in this season without specifics. I am just of the opinion, considering the ACTUAL villains that show up in this show, Skylar should NOT be the most hated character by fans 😂

I feel you, Carter. This is my third watch, and man, this hits infinitely better than the previous two. I don't know why, but I'm paying more attention to every interaction and the way everything is done and said. It just feels natural and good to watch.

if i’m a mom and pregnant with another and my husband refuses to get treatment i’d be furious. 100% on skylar’s side, yes it’s his choice but she has every right to be angry about it. it’s literally either die, or try not to. Also, why doesn’t walt take the job at least? they have better health insurance and it’s not like you are just taking someone’s money

Wow! Loved the intervention scene! Just last episode I said I hated when they spoke about his condition w/o asking him. I'm with Walt & Marie- it's his decision to make! Yes, everyone has valid reasons. Yes, his decision will affect everybody close to him. I understand all that. It's still his decision to make.
