She got close to the teacher's son over the years and knew he was egoistic and a not a good person (flirting with her and stuff). She waited for a moment his career got to high stakes, send the teacher a bunch of lilies (cause he is allergic) and then told the son that she posted something right before he got the job. That post would ruin their family career as teachers. So when dad started chocking, all the son had to is do nothing. She gambled on his actions and won the gamble. Doctor guy was actually bringing coffee to the patient, if you remember he was not allowed to drink coffee. He was getting better, so he bought a coffee for him, just to see that he died suddenly. Sometimes patients suddenly get better before passing. They are building doctor's character. Dongeun attracted the husband by dragging the game she already won, so he was curious as to why and that's why he was thinking about her. He couldn't understand why she would continue to play after winning (she did, so he could come and see the game), so you might say he got perceptive to her scheme but didn't know why.

The actress that plays Yeon-jin is such a great actress. The expressions she makes are crazy. You actually believe she's evil to the core in real life. The tension is building so much. Dong-eun is setting her trap and the bullies are playing right into her trap. Good riddance. Man that burn when Ye-sol told her Mom that burning someone with an iron and curling iron was mean and that they should be scolded for doing something so wrong, I loved how Yeon-jin was reaping what she sows. All her heinous acts are coming back at her tenfold. It's very satisfying to watch her quiver in fear and stress... hahaha. I love how pure and kind her daughter is. And also that diss that Dong-eun told Jae-jun about him not being about to see color was such a bar. Also, I love the relationship between Dong-eun and Yeon-jin's husband. The tension, it's like a moth to a flame. They're seducing each other with their eyes. Sorry I know he's married guys but I like them together. But then I feel bad about Yeo-jeong since he cares about our girl so deeply whereas, the other guy is just attracted by her for her allusiveness and that he finally found a woman to challenge him. He's never experienced that before. It intrigues him and excites him. She's a complete mystery to him... keeping him guessing her next move. And also I can't wait for you to see more of Yeo-jeong's story and the complexity of it. You'll understand the context of the letters too later on. And I know, it's bad but I kind of like Myeong-o's character. You almost hope and want him to turn good and become allies with her for real. But then I realize all of his past actions and that he took part in torturing, tormenting, and abusing Dong-eun when she was just a kid, 18 years old. She was innocent and they took advantage of that amd used it for their own personal gain. It's really sickening... I don't believe in violence but they brought upon themselves as soon as they decided to take innocent victims and treat them like they were toys. Ones, they thought they could easily discard, hurt, abuse and cause them to endlessly suffer at the hands of monsters. All that continual emotional, mental, and physical abuse would wreak havoc on them if had to endure almost all their childhood. The scars/wounds never fully go away or heal and neither does the heart. It would be so hard to repress all the anguish you feel buried deep inside. My heart breaks when I see the scenes... But Sa-ra, Yeon-jin, Jae-jun, and Hye-jeong won't know what hit him when they hit the iceberg. As they say, "Revenge is a dish best served cold." Sorry guys I wasn't intended on writing an essay. Oops I always just have so many thoughts on everything.

It’s like an hour long listening test .. and if it’s not too late people with headphones should be careful cause the auto play for the next episode is fast af … the Teacher’s son thing may be confusing but when you think of it his father was literally abusing his underaged student who was clearly being bullied, I doubt he raised his son with good morals , and reputation in kr is more important than we think , even baseless rumours can ruin your career so i don’t think it’s that far fetched to end his father as accident specially when the son is expecting and supposed to get the job he worked so hard for it

As someone with asthma, that flowers scene will always shake me to my core. It would be terrifying.... yikes. When I first saw it, I didn't expect the son to do something that foul to his own father. But I forget this show really does well at revealing everyone's true colors and showing how selfish they can be especially when caught in the middle and later on cornered without any form of escaping. Desperate calls for desperate measures. Now they have to atone for their sins and pay the piper.

Interesting fact: the actress who plays the teen/young version of yeonjin said that she developed mental health issues and was physically ill when she filmed those scenes because it was so traumatizing how she had to horribly treat the actress for teen/young dongeun. She said she felt very sick and had nightmares playing that character. She said she couldn’t smile after filming this show because people told her that her smile was too creepy afterwards. I felt so bad for her hearing this. If you ever watch behind the scenes, you will see whenever they yelled cut, she kept hugging, soothing and asking if the actress of teen/young dongeun was ok she felt so horrible. But the actress for teen/young dongeun said everytime that it was ok, she was fine and reassured actress for teen yeonjin that she was not hurting her at all.

Park may be a shitty person, but we see how she cares for her daughter. Her daughter is under one of her former victim's care & that makes her nervous. Park likes control & Moon is shattering it. Moon chose the right weapon to wield against her. Moon's presence is Park's past coming to haunt her. Moon wants them to know because it'll drive them mad w/speculation. Reputation in Korea is everything. It can affect your career, social standing, and even your family’s future. Things like hierarchy, family background, and your parents’ actions carry a lot more weight there than they do in the West. That’s why the son killing his dad in this episode obviously makes him a bad person, but it wasn’t totally random. He found out about his abusive past, and in a society where reputation matters so deeply, that kind of scandal could’ve destroyed his own future too. It’s also part of why bullying can go unchecked in Korean schools, and sadly why the suicide rates are so high. It doesn’t mean Korea is a bad place—plenty of people love living there—but their values and social pressures are just very different. Shows like this really help put that into perspective.

The umbrella scene with Yeon Jin’s husband and his driver shows how South Korea’s society can be and what kind of person the husband is. He is calm and logical but has a strong sense of superiority. In South Korea hierarchy is very strong, so for the driver to tell his boss to hold the umbrella (despite having a good reason for it) he crossed the line. And so in a subtle way to teach his driver a lesson regarding hierarchy and class difference, the husband told the driver he can take the very expensive wine that was gifted and try comparing with a cheap wine (assuming that’s what the driver can only afford) in that way he can learn the difference between cheap and expensive tastes.

Hyeon-nam is such a fun and quirky character. Everytime I see her scenes, I instantly smile. She's not that subtle in spying but she's doing her best because she wants to make Moon Dong-eun proud. She's effortlessly adorable. And when she pretended to be asleep when Hye-Jeong started to suspect she was being watched, it made me chuckle. She's good comic relief to ease some of the tension and dark atmosphere with the tone of the show. I love her character so much. Hyeon-nam for the win!! 🥰

Yeah it's nice I'm only an hour ahead of the guys. You're definitely onto something. I've always been attracted and gravitated towards the darker more mysterious characters such as Baek-jin but also vampires in general in movies such as Queen of the Damned, the Convenant, Twilight, Charmed and vampire anime such as Vampire Knight. They are my people. I love the dark allusive types with a hint of mystery and danger. I miss his face too. I hope he gets another villain role and I'm still praying for a WC3. Yeah tinnitus and hyperacusis sucks along with tmj acting up when it all gets out of sorts 😭

Yeah I am team Edward but I think Hyunjin or Jaehyun from NCT looks more like Edward from the books then Robert Pattinson. But I also picture Hyunjin as Edward and Juyeon from The Boyz as Jacob. Also, I loved Vampire Diaries and I've always been drawn to goth/vampire things in general. They've always intrigued me. I live for the dark eerie steampunk aesthetic :) Yeah Baek-jin is my guy. He's the King of Vampires after all. And I do wear glasses because I'm far and near sighted. I've worn glasses since probably 3rd grade or more. But yeah I get vertigo, nausea, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, muscle aches, disoriented and migraines a lot due to everything. Sorry I'm whining 😂 It's just a vicious cycle one big adventure. I'm more calm and happy go lucky on here than I am in person. Sometimes, it makes me feel like a ticking time bomb. I even wrote a poem about it but it's even darker than the first one I showed you. So, I'll spare you the details. Anyway, I'm excited for AOUAD as well! It's going to be great. I want to see my boy Cheong-san and Gotak. Maybe he will be the new Gwi-nam Eeek that would be crazy but it would keep things interesting!!!

Yeah I've written a few songs here and there but I mostly stick with poetry as my art medium. I know poetry is just words set to music though. Yeah Crash will always be my favorite and most beloved piece of writingI love being corny. Thank you. Glad you liked it. I think my poetry sounds better when it doesn't rhyme and it's just free verse. Aww I don't play music but I bet your beat sounds perfect for it. Hehe I never was musically inclined. I tried violin in high school but gave uo on it shortly after starting. I like poetry more and music inspires a lot of my writing. But yeah I was going for that heart fluttering pure and innocent first love when boy meets girl and their worlds interwine. They're fated to meet by destiny. ☺️

Thank you. I tend to come up with my poems late at nigjt too. That's when the creative juices start flowing. I wrote darkness around this time. I like to sing sometimes and just come up with random songs in my head. Ukele is cool and I took beginning guitar in high school for an elective. I just feel like my writing isn't as good as other people's. I compare too much. I have a lot of poetry books too. My favorite poetry collection is Shel Silversteins trilogy book series as well as Tyler Knott Gregson: "Poems from the Typewriter series and Robert M.
