Not sure how to describe it but, the hue/contrast of the video is like my vision a few seconds from passing out 🤣🤣🤣

Pudding

Fark or Frimmel

GBuckets

My favorite arc of S1 starts, lets goooooo!!!

Qhoa

W

Shoelace Ace

Different song in the outro. Ending 1 starts with "Are you alright, can you hear me?" Ending 2 starts with "I'm alright, I can hear you."

Seth Aasland

“As long as there isn’t a serious blizzard we should be fine.” Me contemplating how rough the drive to work is gonna be

Pudding

Ayoodude

Cute little kitty 🐱

Pudding

I feel like we haven't gotten much Frieren-Stark alone interactions so far, so this is really nice

Elio

I’ve been asking to watch Black Clover for 10 months now 💔🙏🏻 Let’s watch Black Clover after this! Cannon please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pudding

Waiting for the person in the comments who will tell us how to pronounce Äußerst. Frieren seems to pronounce it Oissast or something

DietCocaine

Sanji made up his backstory so he could harass women

Sorcerer

It’s fine to start watching the OP after episode 24. Both EDs are completely free of spoilers, and I’d recommend watching them at least once before the finale as the final episode’s ED includes images showing where all the characters are by the end.

Spencer

You guys should react to Pluribus!

Kyra Sun

That’s awesome I didn’t realize that I recognize so many VAs

victoria t

Jack on point with Frieren only just realizing in retrospect how much she learned and how much fun she had with Himmel and the others

Carlos Campos

I'd loooove to watch them react to black clover 🫶🏼

E L

Oh yeah that show is so good!

Poragami

do we get one piece today? hehe

E L

Just finished Midnight Mass (2021) and what a masterpiece from Mike Flanagan. He did it again. Hope you guys will react to it! It only has 7 episodes. His other work is Haunting of Hill House.

Dub_quinn

Carter is here for the wholesome pranks and vibes haha

Kyra Sun

Ah Ferns realization that a boy or a man is physically stronger than her and it frightens her that if push come to shove she probably can’t overpower him physically to escape even when it’s playful. It’s probably every girls realization tbh. Anyway that’s how I read ferns anger

Daniella

On a first watch I was kind of annoyed by Fern's reaction to Stark touching her cause it felt a little dramatic. But i've now realised she's seen him kill a dragon under 30 seconds and also cleave a path into a whole mountain for practice purposes like despite being an amazing mage she's still has the physical strength of a normal girl so her being startled by him suddenly touching her makes sense even Eisen was scared lol. Also imo the new op fits more of the show's vibe than the first one i think you guys will like it :)

Pudding

Yeah, I understood her

J. Arwen Jade

It’s official, Mica is my favorite Gek, that 5 second cameo was all I needed.

Pudding

Even Eisen was scared of Stark's strength at some point lol, so imagine Fern

Mitch

They need to experience the real peak that is JoJos. Whether it’s after this or after mha finishes

BigManSirob

It's the same song, just the second half of it

Sevro

No Sein, come back!

Dub_quinn

No one looked back when they split off, Sein helped Frieren and Fark, ughh he will be missed

Jason Pham

I think it's worth reacting to both endings. The song doesn't change but the visuals are different compared with even other animes

misa
>>193474549

They're both really simple but the 2nd one is so sad 😭

Dasha

I like how the only character that needs explanation in the brackets is from solo leveling

Pudding

@Dasha haha😂 I know the geks struggled a bit with the korean names

mina

himmel's my goat🥹

Pudding

I just went back to ep 1... Fern was so smol😭😭

jrnoodles

Thank you! Every scene with Himmel is so wholesome.

Pudding

Ughhhh this show is so good and it's about to get even better

Jean Racaillou

I can’t prove it but I know it took all Carter had not to look at the camera when the old Lady said « you’re good at it ».

Brikena

It’s pronounced „oi-serst“ using the „e“ sound from send or bed:) And Japanese pronunciation isn’t really reliable when it comes to German🥴 I mean, turning Berthold into „Berototo“ is wild💀

Brikena

Omg is that McKay’s cat?? Awww🥺🥺

Navri

The next ep's are sooo fire cant wait

_monjiro

The outro is actually the second half of the same song with new visuals. Its very fitting for a journey still in progress... Sidenote: Something I really liked about Attack on Titan's music was that every season before the timeskip had an OP or ED done by Linked Horizon. The OST was in large part handled by Hiroyuki Sawano and the vibes and lyrics of the OST, Insert songs, OP and EDs felt closly tied to what you were watching in that arc.

GooberM

well ofc Fern was scared of Stark's strength, think about it. He made Eisen, you know, the guy that fought the literal demon lord, trigger his fight or flight response and truck him, by simply raising his voice

Pudding

Thank you!!

Booger

Wish there was an early early patreon tier 🥀

STINKYTOE

So sad they didn't watch the intro, the song is definitely in my top 3 anime songs of all time. If you guys want to watch it with no spoilers, the name is Haru by yorushika. The official video also tells a great story. Would highly recommend

STINKYTOE

It's a great watch, too bad it's been years since we got a new season.

Killua X

ok i forgot about this ep. so NEXT episode we're starting the PEAK

JadonTheEternal

"there's no way they'd pump fake us", "there's no way Sein would leave and they wouldn't go with him"... oh poor lost souls

Marty D

The series now starts to become Epic

Marty D

Make sure to watch the credits on the last episode, there is a extra scene

Chrissy

Everyone is already pointing out how strong Stark is and how that played a factor but there’s also relevant to real life. He came up behind her and for him, was simply resting on her shoulder, but for her, she had a realization that he was much stronger than her just by nature. I think a lot of girls have that realization. It doesn’t mean you think negatively of the guy or men in general, but it’s a very real fear. I think some people realize it during like “play fighting” and what not. Like Fern said. She had no problem with him touching her, it was the combination of it being unexpected and feeling a sudden strength hold you down in a sense. She probably quickly realized it was him, but there was that split second she may have thought something bad was about to happen. Like she said “just be gentle”

Chrissy

Oh man I’ve recommended this a few times. I love it!

Chrissy

Definitely. I think majority of girls will understand that scene. And I think fern herself explained it very well and simply. “I don’t mind him touching touching me.” and then “just be gentle.” It’s not a negative thing that men and even some boys are stronger than women. But they should definitely learn how to control their strength. It’s a good message imo. And fern was very fair in understanding she was being stubborn and was caught off guard and wanted to apologize.

J

Vouch

Animeke

Even the slow episodes are great. And this next arc is incredible.

mariacake

Hope you watch the intro song! Maybe just close your eyes if you don’t want to see some “spoilers”. The song is really nice! Makes you want to go out on an adventure when you listen to it and I think suits the show more~

mariacake

The cat is sooo cute!!!

mariacake

Even when they pronounce English words is also not reliable. They pronounce Candy “Kyan-dee”. It’s because of their use of katakana. 😫 it drives me insane whenever I practice/study Japanese.

mariacake

Their little spat reminds me of the time we did a very happy high five because we just accomplished a project we’ve been working on. So I raised my hands high and said “yay! High five!!” then he smacked my hands so much (to him it was his normal way) and it hurt! His wedding ring also hit the bone of my finger. I was so mad 😭 Guys need to be gentler ~

zoldaic

It's what Himmel the Hero would've done Words to live by

Benny

Sein’s VA is Hawks 🥹 And can’t wait for you to watch the new intro, one of my top listens for 2024. Outro is great as well!

7thdilemma

"Are you alright?" everytime

marco

The "ß" isn't a B, it's the German character for a double s. So the city isn't pronounced "Auberst", it's pronounced "Ausserzt".

Asbjørn Kennedy

It is the same song but with different lyrics

mariacake

Someone from Taiwan really took to heart and saved people from a man with a knife in the train. 😌

Sky

This second half of the season is going to be great to watch you four react to. This show is already fantastic up to this point, but what remains is where you really get a feeling for where this story is headed. There are some really great things ahead for you guys, from the characters and worldbuilding to some really fantastic sequences. If you thought Solo Leveling robbed Frieren of Anime of the Year based on the first half of the show, by the end of the second half you'll think it was far more egregious than that, lol

Jenny D

Sein leaving that soon was definitely a shock for me as well. I knew he was looking for his friend, but I figured somehow they would still stay together. But maybe in the future.... I can't believe we are at mid-point already. Excited season 2 is coming out in January!

cade-carter

Himmel messed up when he let the demon child into that village. The chief died and himmel had to rescue a kid.

maite˙⋆✮

love that you guys are enjoying frieren as much as I did! anyways week 4 of asking y'all to give The apothecary diaries a chance!

Killua X

yeah it's literally a joke. Solo Leveling was fine but Frieren was prob the best thing to come out in 10 years and one of the best shows I've ever seen (how does it not win for a year -_- )

yio

I miss Sein

rayman

I adore Frieren so much. My favorite show in a long time. it’s just such high quality all the time, and makes you feel so many emotions every episode

kuza

late to this but please no, if what im assuming is correct yall are gonna start bleach after naruto so then add black clover onto that with one piece already thats too many long animes 😭 would be nice to finish a bunch of shorter animes instead
