The moment where Rudo goes up and just starts wailing on Amo was such a genuine shock on the first experience of it. The first hit is crazy, but the follow up is shockingly brutal. You do what Rudo did to Amo to a real person and you've probably killed them. And if Amo hadn't decided to give them that information, they'd have gone through all that for nothing. Great Enjin episode, too. Him bringing up his thing for hot ladies to Rudo is really clever since it means his comment to Amo about really being into her wasn't just flattery for info, it was him being honest, only to piss her off more, lol. He actively brings up his own mistake in handling the situation and lets Rudo admit to his own failings. It's very big brotherly. Can't wait for you guys to react to the next episode. Might be the most impactful episode of the entire season for me.

Rudo hitting Amo wasn't the main issue. The main issue was that he was taking it too far. One hit cool, equal rights equal fights, but when he started wailing on her that's when it became a problem because it was going overboard. I truly think that had they not stopped him he would have killed her. Also, Tamsy is a guy and trigger warning for the next episode.

I'm on both sides. I do understand why she is the way she is and the way she reacted, which obviously I won't go into. But I also agree with Rudo. She hurt numerous people to the point they were ripping their skin off to try and save her and hurting their own friends, and the only way out of if was to essentially kill everyone which luckily didn't work because of the spell. She was also mentally torturing people for god knows how long. But as soon as it turns physical on HER, everyone thinks it's too much. She deserved a beating. And Amo is one of my favourite characters but I still think she deserved a good few punches. Maybe not that many but yeah. I totally understand Rudo and why he did that. Like he said, what cos she's a girl I'm meant to just give her a punch a d let her go? Notice how the other people who were under her spell didn't say anything and just let him carry on, and had nothing to say after. It would be difficult for the other people to understand what they were put through. A lot of people change their mind when they see her backstory and say omg she didn't deserve to get beat, but two things can be true at once. She can have a sad backstory and also get beaten because she was severely injuring numerous people. Not that I agree with violence in general, I'm just speaking in terms of the show.

The greatest smell in the world is the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney. I’m so glad I’m not the only one. It’s so indescribably nice. Also permanent marker and gasoline. Can’t go wrong with those. And wood burning. Anyway, can’t wait for next episode! Probably my third favorite episode of the show.

In hindsight I hate seeing amo get beat up, but I do agree w rudo that it sucks to see somebody who caused so much pain get defended when they in turn receive pain. where he's wrong about it imo is that amo was already defeated and powerless and no longer hostile, which is gris' point. beating the hell out of an opponent who's already lost is violence for violence's sake or violence for vengence's sake, neither of which are ever good paths to go down. its kinda why I love the cleaners as a group, in this verse where hate just exists in droves they keep the "cleaner motto" and avoid human fighting and violence if they can so they can focus on cleaning up trash beats instead

But in response to ur cmt, i agree that she needed some punches in the face but beating her up when she's powerless and no longer hostile is not good, not just for Amo, but for Rudo, which i see as a figure for violence. Although the ones put under Amo's control didnt say anything to stop Rudo, they also did not join with beating her up even tho they definitely felt the same pain. And i'm not saying this because of her backstory. [SPOILERS for One Piece] i think this bears certain resemblance with the ending of the Marine Ford war, you do not slaughter all the people of the opponent side when you have already won the war and the opponents are now 100% powerless.

my smell would probably be bacon. sometimes when my mom wants me to wakeup she puts some bacon on.... the other smell would probably be the ice skating rink that closed near me. I had so many good memories there and went on like my first date there. I'd remember the smell of the carpet mixed with cocoa and ramen, the smell of the skates and the stuff they spray them with.
