Cannon you are right, its called the thermosphere, the second highest layer. I only know about this because this is the layer that the International Space Station orbits and where the northern and southern lights occur. I looked up the temps and they range from 360 to 900 degrees and the upper layer can get as hot as 3700! This is due to the intense radiation from the sun. But since the amount molecules is so sparse you actually wouldn't feel hot at all.

Okay so it seems Mogging = When someone wins by looking better. It’s a silent dominance apparently. Frame mogging = This is about having a superior build i think.. like broader shoulders, taller height, stronger proportions. Well the thermosphere is way hotter than the earths surface so you were right about that. But it's not due to convection, it's radiation so it's not sure if his wings would melt(thin air). And there are other colder layers further in that would technically freeze Icarus' wings before he got to the thermosphere....but yea

I just want to point out, the geocentric model is correct mathematically. You can set the frame of reference as the earth, you can set it to whatever you want mathematically but it's just a pain in the ass to calculate. Just imagine calculating that flower diagram I'm pretty sure this was before calculus was invented/discovered so the maths isn't there to have perfect accuracy. I think in some physics classes people use the geocentric model just as an exercise for mathematics
