Hi, Geks) Fun fact: while Ichigo and the gang were in the Soul Society, and now are in Hueco Mundo, in the World of the Living, Don Kanonji created a team to fight hollows. The Soul Society arc team included him, Kon, Ichigo's sisters, Ururu, and Jinta. The Arrancar arc team included him, Kon, Ururu, Tatsuki, Keigo, and Chizuru. Also, as a reminder, the Bleach anime is like a 95% censored version of the manga (regarding violence and eroticism).

Like what many comments have pointed out, the next batch really should go to 167. Aside from the plot points which I won't say anything about, ep 168 is the start of a filler arc that goes to 189. So in the 2 ep format, you'd be doing 165 + 166, then 167 + 190 next week. And yes, y'all are out of the mud officially now. In fact, there's gonna be moments when you might find yourselves putting notifications for headphone users due to screaming

Btw in the manga Grimmjow didn't just curb stomp Loly he ripped off her leg so that's what Orihime is actually healing. Also Kubo answered a fan question about the scene on his website, apparently Loly would've "offered" herself to Grimmjow to save her herself. If there was one or two more panels, Kubo was going to add the line "I'll let you bang me!" , which is crazy lol 😭 (but she's so real for that)

The thing I love about the Big 3 are each anime has its flaws due to the time it came out. Bleach and Naruto both have censorship and filler issues, and One Piece has its major pacing issue. The manga for all 3 are damn near masterpieces even if Kubo got rushed at the end for Bleach. The more I've rewatched all 3 and the more I read of OP and Boruto, the closer all 3 get in my heart to the point now where it probably still is Naruto, One Piece then Bleach but that order changes monthly now. With TYBW constantly putting Bleach in first or a new hype chapter of One Piece putting it into first place or with where the Boruto manga is constantly reminding me how much I love that universe and those characters.

It's super interesting that you guys mentioned censorship, because Szayelaporro healing himself was very censored. In the anime, his Fraccions get turned into a ball that he eats. but in the manga... he just straight up eats them like a cannibal!

I think Orihime character always gets misrepresented as just "nice person", "kind" or "purehearted". Which is not wrong, but not entirely right. Orihime is pacifist, she can't stand any form of violence, even directed towards enemy. If you look on her character through this lens a lot of thing will start to make sense. She have offensive capability, but cant really attack because hurting someone is against her personality. Urahara send her away not because she "useless", he did it because for pacifist be on frontline of war would be torture.

Bleach is highly praised for the artstyle. I think that's why it looks "better". I've always loved the way characters are drawn in Bleach the most out of almost any anime, because Kubo actually stays more anatomically accurate to facial structures and details like noses, nose bridges, lips, nostrils and the mouth. Most anime do not focus on the nose, lips or mouth much structurally to be more realistic. It's typically overly large eyes with almost no hint of a nose and a line for a mouth. The high fashion sense and more realistic grounding for the facial features of each character, which are highly unique as well, for me at least, makes Bleach stand out as looking better than most other anime.

I remember that on Klub outside!! There's also one regarding aizen and hinamori. In they "did it" the night before aizens "death". Kubo said he wont answer it. IMO, i think something happened, what exactly is the question. You go to your superiors room in the middle of the night without your uniform, next scene youre in his bed sleeping, a big enough bed for 2 people with multiple pillows. Especially because it would cause more harm to hinamori if they spent the night together, the man she admires and became a soul reaper for, and next day she found him dead.

they do have a set schedule, but they have done triple drops for very demanded batches before. Off the top of my head I remember them doing MHA 3x9-11 because of popular demand

I dont watch many of their shows but i saw that twd constantly were asking to increase the weekly amount which i agree is not great. You cant just expect the geks to give more every week changing their scheduele. But in this case its been a long time since bleach has asked for more episodes or even more for a single drop. It just makes sense cause the next 3 episodes go really well together.
