In my country going to university is seem like most important thing or you failed in life. Entrance exam is crazy stress. I was also pushed by my parents and I also attended school that reminded me of prison

I remembered that this ep was specifically cited as one that helped w/ some korean law regarding kids and I went back to look it up. Basically their Ministry of education wanted to lower the age for school entry for kids and parents strongly opposed it and used the phrase of kids being allowed to play from this ep as a rallying cry(the proposal didn'tpass). It's impressive when shows have a real live impact on policies/govs. This ep always a good time to remind adults to let kids be kids.😊

i dont think im too picky with genres! uk im usually not too big on romance focused plots, but if its a sideplot its chill~ (just depends on how much i like the characters/couples lol) and yesss lol, i watched a few in the past and noticed that seems more standard haha

Ohh that's right you don't really like romance or second male lead love interest haha most of what I watch is romance lol maybe give the first episode a try and see if you wish to continue or just check out the trailers if it interests you. On Netflix there's pursuit of jade and the double. On Viki some of my favorites are the rise of phoenixes, love like the galaxy, blossoms in adversity, lost you forever, goodbye my princess, and ashes of love. These are what I can think of rn I'll have to look at my watchlist and library to better suit your preference lol lmk when you decide!!

Hey guys, sorry I'm late. I've been feeling tired and out of it lately with my health issues. However, I missed you all. Hope everyone is doing well. Love you guys! But wow this episode was one of my favorites especially a second time watching it. Then again, the Geks make everything better. And at first, the guy does seem like an absolute creep and super suspicious. You automatically question his motives.... But once you find out why went to extreme measures and broke the law, it warms your heart and you want to thank him for saving those poor kids from basically being in a prison of sorts working their little minds to the bone day and night for their own twisted satisfication. Those controlling selfish mothers ought to be ashame of themselves. It makes me want to pull their hair and give them a piece of my mind. But of course, violence is not the answer folks lol Well, hope this isn't actually a thing in South Korea. It's messed up that the parents are completely fine with neglecting their children and forcing them to study diligently and focus on their academics not worrying about their health, sleep, or meals. In their eyes, they are high school students preparing for college and their advanced degrees.... Aigooo! I can't fathom being at school for that long especially at that young of an age when they should be playing and just enjoying be a kid while having a lot of adventures and creating memories with their friends and family. It's one of the most precious times. I'm so thankful and glad he saved them from that "hell" and mental and physical exhaustion. I always get teary eyed when I see this episode. He cares so much about them and wants to see them happy and safe. The kids are lucky to have such a role model. When his Mom started crying in the courtroom, it always makes me cry, too.

That bus scene was so funny. Then again, I laugh pretty easily. Ya'lls reaction was pretty great not going to lie especially when Minwoo was trying to be goofy and play along with everybody lmao Unfortunately, it looks kind of bad. But at least he tried and it made the kids smile so they had fun. That's what matters in the end :)

Poor Junho is confused with Young woo's sudden actions. I always crack up at those moments. She's trying to be thoughtful and sweet and show him that she genuinely likes him. But from his perspective, it looks odd.... She's trying to treat her man with respect and kindness 😅

Although I’m for more romance kdramas, I hope you guys would also check out Kingdom (iirc, kkw, the bang gu ppong guy is in the movie sequel). He’s also in a couple of good movies with the same theme (to avoid spoilers)
