Dony29

you guys are too good man

C2-H5-OH

If y’all watch 5 shows at a time how will you keep track of and enjoy them in your head? Doesn’t it take you out of the show when you gotta remember things about it before getting back in?

Arnobio

this is epic

AYAYAJUICER

Letss goooooo I knew the suprise would be JJK lmao

Mia Malvik

No way. Jjk is so sick

Cookie

Will you guys be watching the movie as well??

Kaylee S

Vivi ♡

OMG OMG YES!! Another anime! JJK is so good 😭💗

Aidan Ross

LETS FUCKING GO IM SO HYPE

Ali Masri

I'm not sure if it's just me, but since you guys moved to this new 'streamable' way of uploading, the videos are very laggy and I can't watch them normally, how you used to upload them :/

Aidan Ross

This my favorite Shonen I cannot wait for you guys to watch it all

Kyle

wait this is so HYPE!!! 🥳🙏

adam

yeah lesgooo

Fátima Quintero

I don't think it is that hard watch many animes, because they don't do it the same day... It is the same thing like watching mob, chainsaw, boku no hero, bluelock in the same week (I hope somebody knows what I'm talking about haha)

Nick K

Since they're talking about their top anime, anyone out there aware of/seen Shinsekai Yori/From the New World? Absolutely one of my top shows but never see it talked about.

Riya

Glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought JJK was another version of DS haha

Kyle
>>107633388

yeah think the sites compression sucks. but can't really help it with strikes and stuff

adam
>>107633388

yeah it is what it is, my country also block streamable so i have to use vpn which significantly slower :(

Lukash

A lot of New reaction channels makes a mistake of reacting to too many shows at once to the point they feel overwhelmed and they start making pauses in even short shows like DN or something slayer. This makes the audience and comment section even more toxic, if content they are interested in is cut short, or they are suddenly getting less episodes per week etc. I understand the hype an opportunity for the channel with new releases like something slayer 3 or soon jjk2, but please consider this before you will be adding more shows to the channel before finishing old ones. I am not saying that this 100% applies also to you, maybe you can handle it perfectly, i just seen few apology videos with burned out reaction content creators, so its just a something worth sharing a believe

Audreyldo

No wayyy! That’s so cool can’t wait to Watch this

Leslie Narvaez

This is great guys, I've been wanting to rewatch JJK because there's things that I cant understand ahah, the power system is very confusing to me, also the new season is almost here :) I hope you like this show :3

Riya

I hope you guys don’t burn out reacting to so many shows at once. VS and DN were good enough but if you’re adding more shows, hopefully you can remember smaller details from previous episodes!

Pain.tng
>>107633106

do you not do the same thing with any tv series or movie series. who goes through all of one show with no interruptions, 1 at a time. especially when things like anime come out with 1 ep a week

Ali Masri
>>107633388

Oh I didn’t know the strikes affected Patreon too… rip It’s become such a nightmare to watch videos 😫

Aidan Ross
>>107633106

DS is weekly and soon enough when they catch up on VS it will be weekly too. I don’t think it’s difficult to remember at least some of multiple story lines at the same time. They are all so different so it’s hard to mix them up with each other.

Carrie

one of my favorite pilot episodes ever, I never get tired of it. & perfect time to watch since the new season comes out in a couple months!

rosa_gris

Cannon and Carter being confused at typical anime shenanigans in the beginning 😂 makes me think they aren’t prepared for other anime quite yet

Xeons

OMG JJK!! This anime so good! My brother named his Shiba Inu Gojo bc of this show <3 lol

Bhen

Goated

Audreyldo

Carter your t-shirt !!!!🥰

rosa_gris

I’m glad you guys picked up JJK. I’ll be honest, I kind of dropped it at around ep 13. I want to give this series a fair chance, so I’m hoping you guys give me the motivation to continue. JJK is very different from DN and VS; in tone and pacing. I think switching between the three will give you guys better experience in the long-run. What you find lacking in one series, you would probably find in another. If there’s any three anime series to watch simultaneously, I think you chose the best. It gives you a taste of what this medium has to offer, and would probably give you a sense of what type of anime you would enjoy.

Melizé

I'm too excited to go to bed now lol that was a great episode, I hope you guys enjoy the rest of the show. Thanks for the nice surprise 🥰

Joie Dianzon 🇵🇭

I cannot believe you picked JJK?! Carter is already making predictions. Just like AOT, all will be revealed in due time, although the pacing of anime releases is quite slow. Itadori Yuuji is more like Carter, if you ask me. ☺️

rosa_gris
>>107633600

Shinsekai Yori is on another level. It’s got a very different style and tone from most anime, so I’m not sure if casual anime watchers would like it. It would be cool to see them react to it though. I loved the horror/mystery element and it has one of the most intriguing villains from what I remember.

A_Daddy Daichi

Ah I was so sleepy watching this lol I gotta go to bed! Excited to see what you guys will think of jjk. I like it.

jason 𒉭
>>107634023

i mean a lot of yt reactors, watch multiple shows weekly, they are getting they’re channel up which is smart ppl who wanna watch vs instead of the dn can do that instead and vice versa.

studiogek
>>107633633

Thanks for the comment on this, don’t worry we won’t ever let it get to that point. I’ve seen some channels do like 12 shows at once and I don’t think we would ever go past what we are at right now because we don’t want our attention to be split so many ways. But promise that won’t happen here!

studiogek
>>107633388

Don’t worry! We are working on a way to fix that currently to make the viewing experience much better!!

Alejandro Ramos

great reaction as always boys, if you want a serious dark anime i recommend parasyte

Lukash
>>107633633

Cool! Thanks for reply and for actualy undestanding what i tried to say 😃

studiogek
>>107633106

We aren’t going to be adding another show for a little bit so it’ll stay at 4, and trust me we never want to have too many to where it starts getting hard to keep track. I don’t think we will ever go above 4

Jade

omg this made me so happy ! yall the best

MishkaTho

Couldn’t more happy 😍 JJK is peak !!!

esie ♡︎

You’re really spoiling us!! 😻 Thank you Carter! 🥹🫶🏻 I really hope you enjoy this show!! The animation is top tier!!

Brx45

Matt R
>>107633106

bro come on, watching 4/5 shows at once is not hard to keep track of in the slightest

khalxeesi
>>107641313

i should have specified i meant shonen! i just assumed shojo probably isn’t going to make an appearance on this channel and i don’t want much seinen 😂

lissa

Wait, the patreon player is way worse, this player never gives me issue and i like it.

Harrison Jay

Alright fellas as a loyal patreon member i must get something off my chest... i love naruto, i grew up watching naruto on disney xd and adult swim, i literally hid in the bathroom freshman year of high school to watch the final naruto and sasuke fight as it dropped. the show has a special place in my heart. With that being said, the story of the show is objectively kinda bad after a certain point. I think up until the pain arc, it was an absolutely fantastic show that just had a lot of the same problems that anime of the time had (filler in the form of flashbacks, full episodes, and dialogue etc.) but because of the manga and anime release schedule the show really took a nose dive after the pain arc. Firstly, the power creep is absurd, at the beginning of the show everyone is a ninja who has special abilities, and by the end of the show they are fighting literal aliens and have become capable of destroying whole massive areas of land. Sometimes this is okay, like in the case of gurren laggan, but in naruto the way it happened just felt so plot armory and unbelievable. The absolute worst part of the show is its inability to develop other characters aside from naruto and sasuke. Obviously there are fantastic characters in the show like itachi, madera, jiraiya, pain, and many others but after building so much up in part one with lee and gaara just for them to basically end up as insignificant is just terrible especially because they had such great starts (and dont even get me started on sakura). What really bothers me about the show is the plot holes and talk-no-jutsu. The amount of plot holes and inconsistencies in the show is astonishing, i don't want to spoil anything in here for anyone who wants to watch it but it takes about 2 brain cells to realize how gaping and blatant some of them are particularly later on in the series. In the case of tak-no-jutsu, i think most people can agree at a certain point it became unbearable. aside from a select few, in most major conflicts of the story naruto would literally end up just convincing the villains what they were doing is wrong and everything would be solved. In a world like narutos, this is just absolutely unbelievable. The reason that I typed this out was because i hear naruto thrown out so much on this channel and i have no problem with anyone loving the show but to compare it to something like AOT or Vinland is just crazy. The stories are just levels different. Like i said, im glad people love naruto, i love naruto, its literally what got me into anime but its a product of its time in some of the worst ways possible and i don't think i could recommend anyone watch it today because of how tedious it is, especially when there are far better shows out there. I think at the end of the day, Naruto is a B-teir show with some unforgettable S-Teir moments. But as super eye patch wolf said in his video, the highs are very high but the lows are so incredibly low.

Jay

Lmao Carter I remember also thinking Megumi was a bad guy in ep 1 😂

ssj4rit
>>107668320

Having grown up with it I have a soft spot, but I agree. 15 year old me consumed loads of garbage (SAO, School Days) and even I couldn’t get through the terrible hell that was the final arc lol. Pain and Chuunin Exam arcs are based though. As is Killer B.

ssj4rit
>>107668320

Also old shounen just hasn’t aged well in terms of pacing. What should take 2 episodes instead takes 5-6 due to weekly shounen needing to stay behind the manga. It’s the reason One Piece should only be max 1080/2.5 = 432 episodes at this point, but instead it’s over 1000. The pacing for these shows is ABYSMAL compared to seasonal shows. Even if you exclude filler, the canon episodes are so inflated it’s not even funny lol (how many times did they flashback to Naruto on a swing set? We get it already)

Diana Rodriguez ⛓️

I agree 💯 Carter IS Fushiguro, I simp for both after all. Carter is so quick with guessing where the shows gonna go LMAOOO. Loved the gasps at Zukuna’s appearance.

Joydan Bri’an

So excited that y’all started JJK, it was one of my favorites from 2020. I also thought it was going to be like DS when it came out but I actually like it better story wise. The power system is really different too. Looking forward to rewatching this with you guys!!!

jess_c

YAYYYY another one of my faves!! can't wait to watch along. New season coming up too

Ladnon

When all these shows are finished and if you really like death note and aot, I believe you at least have to watch an episode of Code Geass. Old anime but is a great show!

Colton Leadbetter
>>107693143

It may be old, but definitely stands up against newer mainstream anime shows. Its my #2 anime of all time right behind AoT.

Shiro
>>107693143

I have always wanted to watch this show but refrained for some reason. Can you please tell me the correct order to watch this show?

Riya
>>107693143

Old is gold. Some of the older animes were amazing!

Colton Leadbetter
>>107693143

If you want to watch Code Geass in order, then be pepared to go through all 16 shows of Spin-offs, OVAs & even movies all in chronlogical order. Here is the order: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. Code Geass: Lelouch of the RebellionSpecial – Black Rebellion. Code Geass: Akito the Exiled 1 – The Wyvern Arrives. Code Geass: Akito the Exiled 2 – The Wyvern Divided. Code Geass: Akito the Exiled 3 – The Brightness Falls. Code Geass: Akito the Exiled 4 – Memories of Hatred. Code Geass: Akito the Exiled 5 – To Beloved Ones. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 Special – Zero Requiem. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion – Kiseki no Birthday OVA. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion – Nunnally in Wonderland OVA. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion – Miraculous Anniversary OVA. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Movie 1 – Initiation. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Movie 2 – Transgression. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Movie 3 – Glorification. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection Movie.

leah

SO EXCITED FOR THIS

Kaez

I like the One Piece shirt

Kaez
>>107693143

I've been thinking they would like Code Geass too

Ash

Excited y'all are checking this out! Definitely wasn't expecting it so soon though so thanks! Just watch out for burnout. I figure this will be a lot to keep up with as time goes on.

luffy
>>107668320

one piece should be around 700-800 not 400 are you crazy 💀

ssj4rit
>>107668320

bruh how am I crazy lol. Shounen manga adaptations (when good) are usually 2-3 chapters an episode. What is 1000/2-3? 300-500. Even AoT, which is longer than the average shounen chapter and has more dialogue, adapts 1.5-2.5 chapters an episode. Even the earlier one piece episodes are 2-3 chapters an episode, sometimes more because One Piece has a lot of action. Just look at the facts: https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/pw74ug/one_piece_anime_adaptation_rate_by_arc_average_no/. You even see the point when the anime starts catching up to the manga so it intentionally slows down from 2-3 chapters an episode to 0.5 - 1. This is why many complain about the pacing. Sorry but there is no way you can reason adapting literally HALF a chapter to a full episode on anime. That should take 5 minute max, especially with One Piece.

DeludedDonut

I never liked jjk maybe things will be different on my third try

Elina

Omg I’m so excited for you guys to watch jjk. This is perfect timing too since season 2 is coming this summer!

Majoz

So the dude in the middle has read the manga but and just casually says that itadori is eating the finger before it happens, i dont get it

Desiree Retterath

For future reference, "-kun" or "-san" at the end of someone's name in Japanese are called honorifics and they're used like "Mr." for example as a sign of respect

Wägi qwq

I dislike the term jjk for jujutsu kaisen, ngl... sounds weird

Riya
>>107738787

That’s a great point to bring up! -San is more formal than -kun. “-kun” is mainly for men or younger boys. “-San” is like someone you don’t know regardless of age. There’s also “-Chan” which is for women and sometimes even used for children. Senpai means master/senior. And sensei is pretty self explanatory

Shiro
>>107693143

Thanks Colton, that is quite overwhelming! Roughly how many episodes can you say is this series? Just a rough estimate will do… I don’t want to leave it half done if I start…

czennieluvie

Question, do we know the release schedule of jjk

Ren H
>>107668320

Agree with all this. I stopped after Pain Arc - it just got boring.

Otis Sado

Nice jjk finally pls Tokyo ghoul next

Cannon Andrus
>>107738079

No, none of us have read the manga and carter and I haven’t seen it. We talk about this later on how carter reasoned that was a finger

Cannon Andrus
>>107742713

My cousin braun told me the same thing. I’ve just always heard people say jjk 🤷🏻‍♂️

WSaburo

I know y'all got so many shows on the plate and everything, and the votes matter... but watching you guys experience and decipher FMAB would be arguably the best reaction. So many twists and such a crazy plot and history lol.

Elijah Martinez

nah full metal alchemist has horrible pacing it wouldnt be a good watch

Hesham Mohamed

does anyone else feel like they HAVE TO watch One Punch Man. I feel like it would be the perfect show

Josh Ashford
>>107635301

13 is literally one of the best episodes of the show imao, how did you drop it there? I was completely hooked by that point

Jennifer Rivera

I didnt really like jujutsu kaisen, dropped the series about 60% in season 1. Maybe ill give it another chance watching it with you guys

Jack McKee

its good but brig is GASSING it

rosa_gris
>>107635301

I don’t remember the exact episode I dropped it; but I realised I had been tuning out for the past couple of episodes, so I didn’t continue. I had a feeling that if I wasn’t invested at this point, maybe this story isn’t for me. But it also could be that I wasn’t in the mood for this kind of story at the time. I guess we’ll see with this rewatch.

Lukash
>>107907778

I just told myself the same thing and tried the first episode. I think it is going to be better with their company but idk :D

CheyenneInWonderland

YESS SO HAPPY YALL ARE WATCHING JJK💜 its in my top 3 as well!

Elaine

Just done binging your aot videos. Now onto jjk! This was my TOP anime when it got released. This is gonna be a long ride

Zain kb
>>107907778

Jujutsu kaisen is the kind of show that start slow and bright then goes hard the next seasons. s2 is so good and fun!! it’s not like aot so exciting at first season/episode. i used to be obsessed with aot even after finishing it i couldn’t watch jjk bcs it’s so different, and couldn’t continue first season but then i fell hard for jjk instead of aot 🤦🏻‍♀️ especially in the manga somethings that is happening is mind blowing ! The author honestly is crazy 😭
