corLeonis

JayPierlis

I never really got the Greed Island hate. if you just go along for the ride its really fun and lighthearted. especially after york-new it was a breath of fresh air. also bc the next arc is by far the darkest

Leppo

i was so sad when i only saw one upload thank you

ssj4rit

The Tonpa cameo always gets me

Mia Malvik

Brig with the godfather soundtrack in the beginning tho

2 more weeks until the madness starts! Yes, the nen exorcists "Ebangane" looks like Toji from JJK I haven't even realized that till' both Cannon and Carter pointed it.

Arallius

You guys should add Tokyo Ghoul to the next VOTE

Ramennn

Funny on Tonpa's part HAHAH. I feel like they are secretly fans of Tonpa HAHAHA

JJ

Will you guys ever have a full schedule ? You’re only watching HxH and JJK and invincible. Can we get game of thrones/hotd , the boys / gen v and bleach /tybw.

Mattchu

I love hxh but the early arcs aren’t my favorite, the ant arc makes it worth it in the end gladly

giselle 🫧

had me cracking up at the tonpa entrance 🤣💀

Ramennn

This is itttttt. Waiting for another episodes ackkk.

I heard somewhere that Togashi deliberately alternated darker arcs and lighter arcs. Kinda fits if you think about it: Exam (light), Zoldyck (dark), Heaven’s Arena (light), Yorknew (dark), Greed Island (light), CA (nightmarish), Election (light…and underrated).

ffltscat

I am more than happy that Cannon already love this arc, didn’t expect this :D Now I am beyond hyped for your reactions to the next arc. <3

LuvStarburst

what was that look that brig gave mckay on only needing 15seconds lol

Vernus

That neck crack at 8:40 god damn I know McKay felt that shock down his body lmaoo

Vernus

Eh season 1 is really the only thing kinda worth it. Rest is not done justice by the manga

Never understood the hype around that movie. I was so bored through the entire thing. Most overhyped movie I have seen

AA

Please watch Steins Gate, it'll blow your mind

Ale

Cannon I'm with you, I really enjoyed this arc on my first watch, even dealing with the fact that my brother wanted to skip it because he was bored lol I'm glad you guys have started to notice similarities between HxH and JJK, Akutami (jjk author) is a huuuuge fan of Togashi (hxh author) Akutami references hxh and Yuyu hakusho a lot in jjk

@Vernus, that's honestly crazy. One of my favourite movies of all time, it's so good

Poragami

man i really hoped for 3 hxh uploads this weekend.

teagan

will you guys be reacting to another ghibli movie soon?

Goldy

what gojo reference were they talking about im confused?

Goldy

why he call bro a bum LMAO

Lily

So happy to see Cannon loves this arc, and it lightens up his heart! This arc is one of the most popular arcs in Japan. Straightforward shonen classic with Togashi's creative twist. For me, every arc gives me totally different feelings and outcomes, and H×H has it all. There's nothing like this show and it always has a special place in my heart. Can't wait for more to come!

Joydan Bri’an

Cannon and Jack loving this arc makes me so happy 😭😭 it’s underrated for sure and a bit slow, but it’s so good. Can’t wait for the next episodes!!

Killua beating everyone on that room for the hunter exam, is like the jjk scene with Gojo killing the modify humans at the Shibuya station. Of course is backwards, Gojo's scene can be considered a reference to Killua's.

Vernus

Maybe I need to rewatch it but idk that first impression is hard to shake off lol

C E.

I had the same reaction as yours when I first recognized some of the old characters being there in a future scene. Exam feels forever ago and it was kinda nice to see some familiar faces. and how long has Tonpa been in his game again? It’s a bit crazy to think that he was there when other prominent hunters took their exams. The man needs to have a backstory and a life - it’s about time he retires 😂

Kimmer

Oh good, still enjoying HXH… I may resub… makes it worth it watching y’all…

sameeee!! it’s such a fun arc tbh🥺 i’m so happy they’re loving it as well

Sasha

I think Brig and Mckay have been a bit sussy in these two last episodes🤨

Zechree

"keep going with your mouth" is insane
