Buyable Freelancer Laptop (Patreon)

I know you can just cheat and use  bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement in console command, but sometimes you just don't feel like it. This laptop locked to the freelance writer is probably my favorite. I even have a few recolors of it. The second being the peacemaker's Vara office set laptop/desktop. So I made the laptop buyable without cheats.
