Please, there are many people who suffer from this very disorder, including myself. If you do not have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all. Everyone deserves a chance to shine and be the best they can be.  By being cruel and hateful you only add more fuel to the fire this disorder and similar disorders create. How do you think your friends and loved ones would feel? Hopefully, you and they never have to find out what this is like and what it is like to lose someone to this.
