May 24, 20201:  Changed the Icon and Idle for the "Sore Throat" HIV Symptom Moodlet. This idle may require Eco Living as it using the "Struggle to Breathe" animation. It may be a bit dramatic, but it fits better. All BG animations for coughing include Sneezing as well, which doesn't fit with a sore throat. Fixed Typos & other Strings. Removed and Combined Talk about using Condoms into one social instead of two. Prior each trait had its own version. Added Complain about Genital Herpes Outbreak while "Genital Herpes Outbreak" Moodlet is Active.

June 20, 2022: Added new icon to speech bubble for Talk about using Condoms. Changed how Medication cooldowns work. Added 6 hour cooldown on HIV Support Board Computer Interaction.
