I've decided to combine my different Therapy mod posts into one. As well as introduce a new version, TeleTherapy. Yes, we have the Sadness Hotline but you shouldn't need to be sad to talk to someone. Online Therapy hasn't changed, but the rabbit-hole version has minor adjustments to work with Teletherapy, which uses the same moodlet outcomes with the reason changed - (From going to Therapy Session) to (From Teletherapy Call).

Online Therapy is found under Socialize on Most PCs, with a 12-hour cooldown.

⬆️Update on August 9, 2024: Resolved LEs and conflict between Rabbithole & Teletherapy sessions. Added compatibility between all 3 therapy types. This will prevent Sims from attending any session while any Therapy Moodlet is active.

If you don't want all 3, that's fine. You don't need them all. I just made one post to make things easier. This post is also part of my mental health mods collection. But at most, the only required mod is the XML injector script.

It should be included with each mod that uses it. If it's missing you may have a conflict. You'd need to test any mod that uses it and the XML injector script alone to make sure.

I can't find the Hospital icon on my phone and not on PixlelatedBastards page either.

It comes with this mod. You may have a conflict. Make sure you have the xml injector.

I do have the xml injector, I use it for a lot of my mods and the traits work but I can't find any of the therapy options.

Sounds like you might have a mod conflict? Can you test the therapy options and the XML injector alone to see if they show? You should have 2 options on the phone and one under Socialize on the PC. There is like mentioned in the post a strange conflict between teletherapy and the rabbithole but that shouldn't cause them to not show, it just causes an LE when using them.

Why i can't see the Online therapy session in my sim phone and i didn't change anything and just add it in my sim 4 mod folder but it's still not popping up in my sim 4?, I'm new at dong mods.

Online therapy is on your sims computer, not the phone.

Hmm that's odd does it still show blank with no other mods? Just the therapy files & xml injector?

It could be any mod. It's a hash conflict with images.

i have also had the same issue as some of these other people where the app does not appear on any of my sim's phones. i have tried redownloading both this mod and the xml injector as well as removing everything else from my mod folder, clearing cache, and repairing the game as well. i have script mods enabled, the xml is working fine and my game says your mods are in it, but any one of them involving the app doesn't appear. before i took out mcc i didn't get any exception errors either. the computer therapy interaction works fine for me so i may stick to that one, but none of your phone interactions have worked for me since the app simply does not appear. i just thought i'd report this here since it has persisted despite trying to fix it. thanks!!

unfortunately no :(. I even restarted my game on a new computer bc my other one broke and i tried again to get it working w only those mods in my folder but still nothing. i think it’s an issue with the sims mobile phone integration bc i have had one or two other mods w the same issue and literally everything else about them works except the parts that need the phone app.., its very weird bc some work and some don’t

I have a weird update to this issue. I was just in CAS today, and the phone icon for this mod with the pink caduceus is appearing on top of the “lace up” icon in the shoes section for a female sim. I cannot interact with this icon but this is the first sign ive seen of it in my game.

I want to thank you for your weird update. Because 10 months later it was the clue that led me to resolving a related issue for myself. In my case the icon for FalseHope Hospital was completely missing. I was still able to select options, just no icon. For me, the problem it had nothing to do with the mod itself. The icon was conflicting with my default replacement female child underwear. Specifically LargeTayterTots female child default replacment underwear. So if you're still having the issues check your default replacements and UI mods! 🙂 Also, just so you know, Rookery Designs has adopted FalseHope's mods as they are seemingly retired. hey, grace, idk why your comment is not appearing here for me but i just got an email with your reply & updates. thank you so so much for the new link; i am thrilled that someone is still working on these mods because they are my most favorite i've ever found. also thank you sm for the update on the icon, that sounds like a good lead & i will check that out myself asap. xx
