DosBox? (Patreon)

There's a new fork of DosBox for retroarch with simplified dependencies.
I went ahead and made a test project and it compiled for all our targets pretty easily.

I haven't hooked up video, audio or controls, so you can't play yet, but the hard parts weren't hard, the rest is pretty easy.
