iOS 16 adds support for Switch controllers, therefor, it now supports the 8BitDo Arcade stick since it emulates a Switch controller rather than the more common DualShock.

Doesn’t work unless I’m doing it wrong. USB-C to USB-C iPad Pro, only works as a Pro Controller on Bluetooth. iOS doesn’t support class compliant “Gamepad” profiles for either Bluetooth or USB, only Xbox controller, DualShock/Sense, and now Switch Pro Controller profiles.

Thanks for the response I can plug in an USB cable with a DS4 controller and it works out of the box wired. It’s a shame cuz I’ve got this arcade stick but it works only over Bluetooth in Xinput mode iOS 15. So I’ll keep out of iOS 16
