oof religious imagery goes hard. LOVE this style - i'm a sucker for collage-type things, and the lettering over the page is such a fun and neat aspect, i love it. also (!) the HALO !!! jfc that's cool. paired with the simple nun(?)'s habit, it feels... i almost want to describe it as a harsh or violent holiness. faith and belief can be extremely powerful things, and while i still don't know much about the outlast trials, i am familiar with the other outlast games, and this fits them exactly. the themes of religious fervor taken to an extreme, and honestly terrifying degree, by people pushed to the edge of what is bearable within their human experience. very much feels like the poster of an avenging angel/god-touched saintly figure. powerful, pious, watchful. beautiful and otherworldly, yet still very much earthly enough to see you and condemn you face to face. LOVE IT. this is. so cool. (also i did not touch on the red candles and blood-stained/dripping beads of the not-rosary but that is SO good, bless your hands, pls <3)
