This has been pretty challenging to make.  I've spent a lot of time writing c++ code to make the pants stick to legs instead of going crazy. Now this code can be applied to any piece of cloth so it can be taken off in a realistic way.

I think no other games have ever done something like that. Correct me if im wrong

I would consider copyrighting the code if it is something new/unique. You can license the code to other projects.... otherwise people will steal it and you will be upset.

You can make it a code plugin and sell it at the marketplace. Epic Games offers a very easy way to do it. You should always provide a link to a video in the description. But don't include nude figures in it. I am very excited to see the scenes where you use this technique e.g. in the locker room, when changing equipment or something.
