Changes (Patreon)

Having a patreon is too much for me and I haven't been uploading so it isn't fair that you guys are paying for no content. I am getting rid of the $10 and $15 tiers but keeping the $3 teir just for shoutouts. I will also let all shoutout tier members have access to the rest of my patreon.
