#92 - Juvia is Here! (Patreon)

Hello again, Rumi here!

Nothing much to preamble about today, it's been another pretty quiet week.

Let's move straight on to Rumi Ramblings (TM):

GAMES! After my rather big week of gaming, this week has been pretty quiet. I started Maneater (you play as a shark trying to avenge their mum), but have spent the vast majority of my gaming hours playing FF14!

I played the game years ago, but, as with most MMOs I've tried in the past, I put it down after 10 or so hours. This time, I intend to at least get through all the main story content. We shall see how that goes...

ANIME! Sentenced to be a Hero is complete, and I enjoyed the latter half MUCH more than the first. I'm not sure what it was that finally earned my attention, but I'm glad it happened. I'm now eagerly awaiting the 2nd season.

Since then, I've decided to rewatch seasons 1 and 2 of Re: Zero. It used to be my favourite anime, but as there was a large gap in between seasons 2 and 3, I'd sort of forgotten about it until now. So I want to change that, and so far, it's just as good as I remember. I'm only a few episodes into season 1, but it's great. Emilia is my Queen!

MOVIES! We've taken a small break from the Alien/Predator franchise this week. Instead watching a few random movies from my watchlist. The first being Fist of Fury. I can't say I'm the biggest Bruce Lee fan, but this wasn't bad. I actually quite enjoted some of the fight scenes, although they are still a little lacklustre compared to today's standards.

How to Make a Killing was next. Featuring Glenn Powell, it was a great watch. Exactly what I expected it to be. A fun, fast-paced, action murder thing. I enjoyed it a lot. It's not peak cinema, don't get me wrong, but sometimes you need something easy watching like this.

Anyway, enough rambling for one day, onto the work:

Naughty Tail

V0.3.4 is out now in Early Access (available to the Sinner tier and above)!

It was a lot of work getting it out the door, but now that it's here, I can safely say it's some of my favourite work so far. It includes the longest action segment to date, and I'd REALLY like all your feedback on it. With the amount of time it took to script, implement, and render, I want to know if it adds enough to the game to warrant the time spent.

Dream Corruption

I've got a little script work done for Sinon's encounter. It's going to be a fun one, but it may take a bit to get done. Please bear with me on this :)

Sinful Valley

V0.3.14 has released publicly, bringing with it the new arc setup and Josie's Beach Date. Nothing has changed from the Early Access release.

V0.3.15 is currently my main focus. It'll focus on getting you ready for the new, wait for it... wait for it... FARMING SYSTEM!

I know. Crazy.

You've been getting the farm up and running for a while now, so I believe it's time that's rewarded with a proper farming system. It's only set up in V0.3.15, so don't expect to get hands-on with it just yet. But you can expect to see it in the update after!
