#100 - One Century (Patreon)

Hello again, Rumi here!

First off, we've hit 100 weekly posts. Not a single week missed, and I think that's something worth celebrating. Thank you for sticking with me these last few years :)

On another note, England have reached the semi-finals!!! Not in the most glorious way, I must admit. But we got it over the line, and now we must face... Argentina... ah.

On that note, let's move on into Rumi Ramblings (TM):

GAMES! I've put a lot more time into Octopath these past few days, and I'm still stuck with the same set of problems. I think the game's desire to include eight separate stories comes at too high a price. Every story beat I see feels shallow, and I don't have the connection to the characters I wish I did. It's too bad, as the combat is stellar. Really, it's some of the best JRPG combat I've experienced in years.

This being said, I'm just closing up the final chapter two. So, there are still sixteen total character chapters left to go, though. Maybe they'll save it?

Outside of Octopath, I've also picked up Neverness to Everness (NTE). Until now, Genshin has been my sole gacha, and I'd been hesitant to pick up another. What with the monetisation systems being a little... much. NTE was the first to pique my interest enough, and I've been having a blast with it so far. The girls are cute. Mint is the GOAT. Shinku is my wife. And there's no 50/50 on the limited banners! What more could you want?

ANIME! Nada.

MOVIES! Although I haven't watched much, I did finally get the opportunity to watch Project Hail Mary. And oh my, what a film. If I haven't mentioned it before, Interstellar is a favourite of mine, and I've been outspoken in wanting more space-oriented films of its calibre. Project Hail Mary is the first since The Martian to do that. Please do watch it.

Anyway, enough rambling for one day, onto the work:

Naughty Tail

Nothing much here once again. Dream Corruption is appreacing it's next release, so I may have some more info here next time!

Dream Corruption

As I mentioned last week, I'm aiming for a 19th July release date. I still believe I can hit this, although the sheer volume of pages to implement is taking its time. I'm currently sat at 32/55 pages implemented. A lot of what's left should be easier to implement, but it's still a lot to get done inside the next week.

We'll see how it goes, and I'll keep you all updated if the release date changes :)

Sinful Valley

V0.4.1 is all but completed. I've gotten the 2nd Karen NSFW scene implemented, along with the SFW section of Claire's Beach Date I mentioned last week. A few bugs have also been fixed; thank you to those who pointed them out!

V0.4.2 is already in the early stages of development. Mainly on the scripting side. More info on this next week, I'd imagine.

OnlyClicks

V1.0 released to the Sinner Tier (£10), and above, last week. It's my first complete project, and I'm incredibly proud to have it out in the wild. If you've had the chance to play it, please do let me know what you think. It's a different style of project than usual, and something I had fun working on. It's nice to have a change of pace every now and again, you know?

The public release of OnlyClicks will come near the end of this month, possibly early August.
