#102 - OnlyClicks Public! (Patreon)

Hello again, Rumi here!

No preamble today; let's move straight on into Rumi Ramblings (TM):

GAMES! I've finally beaten Octopath Traveller after around 50 hours, and it was... fine. I don't have as many harsh words to say about it as before, but it still felt flat. The combat kept me going, the final chapters for each character were an improvement on all the rest, but it wasn't enough to change my whole opinion on the game. I simply feel neutral on the topic now.

Anyway, I've since moved on to Solo Levelling: Arive OVERDRIVE. I've only played around 20 minutes so far, but it's been fun. There are clearly some rough edges, but it's seemingly what I wish more anime game adaptations would be. Especially shonens.

ANIME! I still haven't got back into Bungo Stray Dogs Season 3, but I couldn't resist the opportunity to see Yoruichi in all her cat-like glory. So I did sit down and watch the first episode of TYBW Part 4. It was brilliant.

After the omission of Rukia's peach scene, I expected them to butcher Yoruichi's final form, but they didn't. Colour me surprised. They even included the title card. It was almost enough to bring me to tears!

MOVIES! The Fast and Furious re-watch is done. All 11 movies. Some good, most not, but all fun to some degree. I'm not sure what's next on the agenda, but I'll be sure to let you know!

Anyway, enough rambling for one day, onto the work:

Naughty Tail

The next release of Naughty Tail, V0.3.6, is complicated. The style of this section is much different to the rest of the game. So much so that I want it to feel like its own little game inside a game. Hopefully you'll understand when it's out, but it's all to do with balancing Millianna's heat/obsession with Kagura's jealousy.

The update is currently in the scripting/planing phase, but is due to start some form of implementation in the coming days. I doubt there'll be any news on a release date until some time in August, so if you were hoping for July, I'm sorry to disappoint.

To make up for this, I can announce that this won't be the usual one adult scene update. It's slated to include MULTIPLE for both Millianna and Kagura ;)

Dream Corruption

With Marin's release done, my focus has shifted onto Naughty Tail, as you can see above. I usually release a poll around this time, but the next Dream Corruption update will focus on expanding the Dream Worlds and repeatable content. So no poll this time around.

Sinful Valley

V0.4.1 Public is scheduled for release this coming Friday. I hope you're excited, as it includes some of the biggest scenes since the game's inception.

V0.4.2 is well underway. Firstly, we'll have the adult section of Claire's Beach Date. It's been fully scripted and partially implemented. Next up is a return to narrative development. You'll finally be making progress on arming the farm, starting with meeting Blair's Arms Dealer. After that section, you'll have some time to refocus. This leads you to Alice. Since arriving at the farm, she's been unable to leave; you look to rectify this.

Alongside all this, I'm also aiming to include the first Market Girl milestone. This will be unlocked once you've sold enough crops at the market.

OnlyClicks

Surprise!

OnlyClicks has been released publicly, in V1.0.1! It's a complete product, and one I'm proud to have out the door. The new release includes a brand new Patreon Exclusive Outfit, the Birthday Suit, and is available at the Reward Codes Hub:

Because of this release, I've been inundated with a crazy number of people wanting more from Ava. I originally intended to leave this project be; however, I am now working on a large V1.1 update that will add a whole host of new stuff.

One thing to keep in mind: I will never release an update for OnlyClicks that I don't believe leaves the game in a completed state. After the V1.1 update releases, there will be no guarantee of future ones, so this is very important to me. It also means there's no timescale on when V1.1 will release; it'll simply appear when I feel it's ready.
