The first 6 pages of my new elf boy comic.

Sorry for the wait, but I wanted to get a lot of the set up done in this first update rather than releasing just two pages at a time. I'd be curious to know if you prefer larger updates less frequently or have less pages more often.

So excited for this comic. Regarding Update Size: I think it's always good to decide on a case by case basis like u did here. Sometimes it fits better on a story beat to go for a big package. But in general I prefer smaller updates because it reminds us that you are alive and it means more often dopamine for me ^°^

Elf cute!!! Personally, I think big updates for story and set Up are good, like this new release, but once we get to the sex aspect, I personally like seeing quicker releases. I think it's fun to see where it goes next without having to wait a while for it. But whatever works better for you, Dross! I am excited either way.

That elf sure has some grabbable hips 😏. Maybe I’m alone in this but I actually think the ideal upload frequency is contextual: pages where it’s mainly story progression like this it’s nice to get a lot of pages, but with pages of segggs it’s nice to get a long time with each one, to savor it you know?

Personally I prefer smaller updates but more frequent because it feels like the Patreon is more alive.

Echoing similar sentiments here, I think updates are largely context based on what sort of project/portion of the project is being worked on. Separate from that, it's really cool getting to see you draw backgrounds and especially designs of creatures we typically don't get to see from you, due to the content. Enjoyed the opening set up and intro to our hapless adventurer and competent elf. Excited to see what we get from here.

I generally prefer more frequent updates, even if they are smaller. But the bigger updates are worth waiting longer for. So in other words, either way is great

Excited for new OC’s, it looks great. If the option is 2 pages a week, or 6 pages every 3 weeks I don’t think it makes a difference to us, whichever you prefer is best.

The other character says "That was incredible. She killed it." So whatever gender the elf is, she uses she/her pronouns and I like that. As a trans woman I do like all these femboys, but it's nice to see a more femme character too.

Dross used he/him pronouns when referring to Tallia (the elf) in all his old drawings of them. Now Dross could have changed their mind and made the elf identify as girl (they did change the human's name from Issac to Leo), but I think it's more likely that Leo just mistook Tallia as a girl due to Tallia's feminine appearance.

For long stories, my preference is for bigger chapters less often. I think that that allows for better narrative flow. I'd reserve one to three page uploads for quick ideas, sketches, requests and so on, where you don't have to worry about continuity.

I absolutely love how if you weren't familiar with Dross' work that one panel with the butt and balls angle when Tallia is leaping in with her bow would be the only hint as to where this is headed 😂 ...I wonder if one can fight black goop with white goop 😏

Yayy, tall femboys representation :3 New elf boi has an incredible design too, it looks great, Dross! I think having more frequent updates with less pages is a way to go, since it's easier and more interesting to follow the story this way.

A very, very good and promising beginning. For us who just LOVE such adventures. Looking forward to the moment when Leo understand that Tallia isn't a "she" ("She killed it" he says to himself) but a very cute little elf boy❤️
