RED WINE SUPERNOVA (CHAPPELL ROAN) SKA COVER (Patreon)

GIRLS, GAYS, N THEYS REJOICE!!!! In case you missed it... a few weeks ago, I collaborated with the ICONIC GET TUFF on this cover of Chappell Roan's RED WINE SUPERNOVA!!!

It's actually pretty funny how much this song already had a ska vibe. Like, there's a shaker in the final chorus that absolutely mimics the ska toasting pattern, and the rhythm of the song matches the rhythm of the bridge of spiderwebs by no doubt, so we leaned into that tragic kingdom vibe with this. AND MUCH LIKE NO DOUBT, we had a heavy 2-tone inspiration to the tune as well.

And the result we got was a very DOPE ska rendition of this anthem!!! I had so much fun doing this one, and hope y'all are enjoying it as much as us!!!

ALSO! A LOT OF Y'ALL REALLY FOUND MY PAGE OFF THIS COVER AND SUPPORTED HARDCORE WHEN I NEEDED TO GET MY TRUMPET FIXED, SO NOT ONLY HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO GET GENERAL MAINTENANCE ON MY OTHER INSTRUMENTS DONE, BUT I WAS ABLE TO USE SOME OF THE EXCESS MONEY TO GET THIS COVER ONTO STREAMING!!!!! SO IF YOU MISSED IT, YOU CAN STREAM THIS COVER NOW!!!

This wouldn't be possible without y'all!!! It takes a full-time worth of work to make these videos happen, with just the recording, editing, mixing, and etc alone! On top of the additional process of prepping songs for streaming, additional mixing and mastering, getting artwork made, CLEARING LICENSING FEES, and so much more!!!

By supporting here on patreon, y'all help me do the thing! I've been aiming to hit a 3k a month goal, which sounds like a good amount, but BEFORE TAXES that's about 17 dollars an hour, which is barely cutting for a livable wage, and doesn't include all the things I need to pay for to make this channel happen! SOOOOO the continued support is so vital, and here's to working toward getting more folks supporting here on patreon! As the support grows, so will all the things that I can make happen!!!!
