Hey y'all! Hope you're having as good of a week as you can during this time we live in... haha

In case you missed it, last week's cover was Paint It Black by the Rolling Stones! Requested many times on patreon! Funny story about this... when I first started this channel, one of the first requests was from a friend of mine who said I should cover Paint it Black. I responded with "That band is so sick! I'd ove to cover one of their songs" and she was like "...... i mean the rolling stones song...." LOL

I didn't grow up on rock. I grew up on jazz, hip-hop, soul, R&B, etc. I kinda back doored into punk and hardcore through ska, so there's a lot of "classic rock" that was hella unfamiliar to me. But one of the fun things about this channel IS taking these requested songs that I might not know well that are apparently staples hahaha giving them fun twists when I don't have an attachment to the original is always fun! And I hope y'all enjoy it as well!

As always, patreon is how i am able to do any of this! The support here has been growing and it means a lot! I know times are tough, but I want to keep providing art and entertainment to y'all as much as I can! It's all possible because of the support here on patreon! THANKS FOR HELPING KEEP SKATUNE NETWORK GOING!!!
