I extend myself on a point i made recently on the discussion about female characters, why many gamers relate ugly designs with the game being bad or how they're insulted for it because people don't understand where they're coming from

The way I see it, is that when video game developers make a video game, making characters that are not good looking or very unattractive could potentially indicate that they don’t care about the game as much as they should. When developers spend a lot of time developing very interesting and attractive characters, that could show their devotion to the games development and how much effort is going into it. That may not always be the case, but it feels like that’s how some companies are these days. I mean, look at what happened to concord.
