Shynixn/BlockBall#753 Added new logging settings to the config.yml. It is highly recommended to delete the config.yml to let it be recreated.

Shynixn/BlockBall#753 You can now configure the log level of MCHockey for the main server console and MCHockey-only log file found in the /plugins/MCHockey/logs folder.

Shynixn/BlockBall#753 Log levels can be switched without server shutdown and applied via the /mchockey reload command. This is useful for cases where you want to actively investigate something using DEBUG mode.

Bugs/Issues

Shynixn/BlockBall#752 Fixed html color codes did not work in standard chat messages.
