#757 Added a new property to the ball file called dribblingWhileGrabbedEnabled, which plays a dribble animation while a player is moving while grabbing a ball if enabled. This allows to setup games similar to BasketBall.

#757 Improved display of the ball in inventory while grabbing a ball.

#757 This is a preparation update to eventually release the plugin MCBasketBall.
