Which of the ten pike toppers are you most upset about?

Comments

Mr Gadd

I may be alone in this but I’m not sad about any of these characters. Their stories were very boring and I didn’t care for a single person. Again my opinion only

Ryan O'Malley

R.I.P Ozzy 😢 My favourite character after one episode. Hopefully he gets to watch his movie in heaven 👏

Daniel Aka Jardo

Enid, she was one of my favourite characters since her introduction fighting her way through tough time after tough time finally finding her place only for it to be snatched from her... honestly breaks my heart

Anonymous

I too voted Ozzy. The Highwaymen were actually an interesting addition and made sense in context of having multiple communities separated by no-man's land. He even died heroically according to the re-telling by Siddiq.

Dragon83

Im upset about Henry mostly because of how heartbreaking it was for Carol.

Walter Alcaraz

I was kind of hoping for Ezekiel and Rosita as well to be "piked", to keep more in line with the comics.

Anonymous

Henry was difficult to take - Seeing Daryl and Carol like that took me back to the farm and the Sophia reveal. For me though, I'd say Enid or Tara. I'm always sad when we lose those that have been around for a while.

Dip602

Tammy when they showed her i cried thinking about her husband and their new baby

Christian Bolda

I was originally upset most about Ozzy because he was pretty awesome then I thought about how sad I was for Carol and so chose Henry

Anonymous

They need to tell Negan that one of his wives was killed, give him his bat and let him out.

PFC Alizae

I said Tara mainly because it's another leader taken away from the Hilltop. The Hilltop can't catch a break.

Joel

Besides the new people, they've nearly killed all the main character from the hilltop, that community has been hit hard! The Hilltop Remembers

Anonymous

I’d say Henry only because of how it’s going to affect Carol, Ezekiel and Daryl. Two seasons ago I might have said Tara

Calivsak

If they hadn't killed Enid, Tara or Henry, then maybe, MAYBE they still could have coexisted. It would have been difficult and a loss, but I could see our characters doing it. This made that impossible tho and for Alpha to think anything else shows massive arrogance

Anonymous

Hard to choose.....I was upset about Ozzie cause I loved the way they brought him in and saw a lot of potential for his group . . . I was upset about Tara, cause of her connection with Glenn . . . I was upset about Henry cause of how it will affect Carol .... so much death! But the payoff will hopefully be Alpha vs Carol . . . I didn’t know how much I wanted that until this ep.

Kricket Carnes

Henry just because of carol the moment that Daryl told her to just look at him had me crying it reminded me of season two when they find Sofia

Anonymous

Enid....she was such a sweetheart, innocent, and turned out to be a pretty good doctor. Her being gone will be a big hit, as well as all the others.

Josh Bornman

I was upset Henry died and I didn't think I would be. It was pretty disturbing seeing Carol have to find her teen-age sons head on a Pike.

A.D

henry.... and by henry i mean carol

Charlotte

Alpha told Ezekiel she looked forward to meeting Queen Carol so here's hoping she lives to regret those words. Carol is totally taking her apart piece by piece.

Sarah Kier

Tara was the worst for me. I assumed she was safe because they’d already killed a leader of Hilltop. Also did anyone else notice that the Oceanside representative was the little girl that wanted to kill Tara?! I realized it when she signed her name (Rachel). I guess growing up mellowed her out a little!

Doby Greg

Tara. She had just gotten an important position, hada good personality and interactions plus she was a smart character.

Harvey H

I'm so sad that they killed Henry and the others but there is a part of me that is really happy because this has finally proved once and for all that the old walking dead is back! For the first time in seasons, I don't feel that anyone is safe or has plot armour. This is what I needed from the show and I'm sad that this season is coming to an end.

Liam Harrold

i picked Enid because i just love the actress also frankie was one of Neegans wives

KevinFromNewYork

I didn't care about any of those characters so the emotional reaction to this episode was kind of weird to me. Especially with the GoT music in the background. This wasn't even close to the red wedding.

Tilted Krow

Speaking of snow how many years has it been since the outbreak began/rick wakeing up in the hospital?

Aðalgeir Aðalgeirsson

I voted henry, yeah he was annoying but i got to like him especially after the daryl vs beta episode. And the reaction from carol and that daryl’s first reaction was to comfort her really hit me hard. Then after that Enid and Tara are about equally sad. Honestly i was speechless after this episode reminded me how i felt after the red wedding.

SirMonkeySuit

ENID, She was the one where my heart dropped before seeing her. They did a great job of showing people at the Kingdom Looking for these people. Your mind began to clue in on who the next head was. Tara was a shock and I feel more for Carol than Henry so OVERALL Enid for me.

Apri

Enid wasn’t as shocking to me because I knew the actress was moving to a different state so I kinda guess that she wouldn’t be on WD anymore. Tara dying was a surprise and Henry’s was sad because Carol just keeps losing kids

Malcolm Ferguson

Personally, I would list them in order from most upset to least upset as follows: Tara, DJ, Ozzy, Enid, Henry, Tammy, Frankie, Alek, Addy, Rodney

Time to go to war! Release the Negan! Alpha gone way to far now for Michone not to let Negan out. Whisperer war next season? :)

De Lupe

I always used to joke about killing off Henry when he did something stupid, but my god....this was gloriously over-the-top. Oh man...just wow. I am in such shock. RIP to Tammy though. Badass granny was my favorite. Earl is going to lose his shit.

Emma McSweeney

All of the victims represented something specific. I think Alpha chose them carefully. The highway men represented Protectors/soldiers. The redhead Frankie represented beauty and softness. Tammy represented the caretakers, the teens represented the future, Enid being a doctor represented academics, Tara represented the leaders and Henry was straight up revenge for turning Lydia against the whisperers.

Sean Nelson

Ozy all the way he was new was fun had potential. Tara was a fine character but never my favorite and has been on the show forever now. Enid didnt have character besides Carl's potential girl till this season so it's a shame that she doesnt get to develop more but meh. Henry has been asking for death all season and I feel worse for Carol then henry having to look at the flowers again. Rest of the people DJ was meh only savior I liked is reading in a cell. The old wife of the blacksmith was nice but not focused on much. As for the rest of the teenagers I think it is a prerequisite to be a dick or stupid 100% of the time while young in the show

Ryan Shannon

Henry purely for carols sake....

The Doctor

I echo the opinion on Henry, he represented all that was innocent in this world, but yeah he was annoying as shit at times, but his death is emotional more because of knowing how it affects Carol. God damn Carol has suffered enough

Alejandro Perez

I was really upset about Ozzy with his badassness going down the drain like that. Also, I was insanely shocked by Tara’s death because I thought she was going to take more of a leadership role in the future.

Andrew Sherry

It has to be Henry. He was just trying to smash, and he died for it. Poor fella

BadgerBones

I voted for DJ mainly because i found it interesting that a former savior had become one of Michonne's go to guys.

BrandonB

I'd say Henry only because of what it means to Darryl and Carol.

Danny King

I said Ozzy just because I felt like there was still potential to be reaped story-wise from his character. Sort of same with Henry but he was less interesting. Tara and Enid's deaths were shocking, but they had their time to evolve and flush out their characters. Ozzy's time had just begun ;(
