If the character to you are referring to is the MCU, then yes, they are dead.

Matt Modlinski

MCU HEIST-Con story telling via rick and Morty style

BradBoimler

they should of got John Goodman for Max

Barry

Haha! It's like we been asking the same question every episode.

KuroOberon

Two fakeouts in a row? Seems like a terrible idea

aaron harris

I feel like he is gonna be alive and upset that fury left him for dead.

JoJo's Dub Fan

I literally don't see a way for them to survive..... but I really like THAT PERSON, so yes, they are alive. (I'm just coping)

Nathanial Higgins

I think he can survive, even though Fury didn’t save him, perhaps Falsworth did.

Ian Vega

I feel like since they've already had the "fake out" with Gaia at the end of last episode, they wouldn't go for another fake out at the end of this one. Also, with their just being 2 episodes left, I can see them going through with the decision more so.

Cultured Degenerate

He'd better be. He's my favorite part of the show so far

MarkIsDaBoss

Dammit, I really don't want them to be, but I feel like they might be. I don't think they would try to pull off two fakeouts in a row, but at the same time, that might be just unexpected enough to actually happen. With this show, no one knows anything. You can never be sure who or what to trust, so all I'm gonna do is hope that no one else important dies from here on out.

Nia Neuman

Dead, and it pushes G'iah further into extremism until she topples Gravik, but takes his place and creates a crisis that is much worse because it's less direct/overt.
