Have you considered putting these as graphic novels? One creator I follow had put their works this way and made them sellable.

I think you do things pretty similarly to a lot of other webcomic artists on Patreon! A tier for an episode ahead of webcomic apps, a few tiers for NSFW content, and a tier for physical mailing items. Maybe offering a tier for "basic" support without any rewards? Or an extra tier with more than one update per week, but obvs that depends on your ability to safely (mental health wise) do more than what you're already doing.

You make me happy every week. I love the postcards and those tempt me to change tiers a lot. I have bought some stickers from other creators of the characters they make which I love. But I don't know what all is needed to expand into merch 🤷🏼‍♀️ if you're asking from the perspective of you are looking for something else to do because you genuinely want to, maybe something like that might give you some thoughts? If you're asking from the perspective of wanting to make sure the people following you are happy, I am entirely happy. I am here for this wonderful story you have created and thirst for more of it. But your life balance is also important and I would not want to jeopardize that by having you work more.

I LOVE your work! Would you be willing to send anything in the mail? I am a sucker for getting stuff in the mail because it feels like it's so much love in a box. Like little post card prints or stickers or pins are my favorite, but it's up to you! Do what you think is best! It also doesn't have to be monthly - I see a lot of creators do quarterly or, if they do monthly, it's usually codes for shops that get you discounts. Make sure to be nice to yourself as well!

I dont have a shop because i just dont think people want TIR merch haha. But i do have a mail tier already! it's $25 for an original piece sent to you! it's for the Tied in Red folk but idk how Vamp husband people will feel about Gay stuff that lays beyond the $1 tier lol

Ah! Yeah I'm... uncomfortable with the more sexy stuff. That's just my thing, so it's easier for me to be below the sexy tier and not see it XD I'm actually a big fan of Vamp and TIR :D

I’m going to agree with everyone else here and say you are doing great. I love stickers, but I can live without them. I get excited when I see your TIR updates because you don’t just do one page at a time. I wish I could afford a higher tier, but that’s on me and my budget, not you. You’re great ;)
