In these dark times I am back to the Plague of Dragons Series for a bit. I could use some tranquil peaceful little landscapes (with just a few dragons in there).  Enjoy this hi-res version of the From Ruins drawing!

We are going to be painting this landscape LIVE on TWITCH next Wednesday. Tune in for some "happy-little-dragons" and a chill morning stream. #lockdownartclub

I enjoyed the live session although I only came in very late. What size pixels are the drawing? was it 700 or 7000 pixels? What would you say is the best size to work in? Im currently doing my pieces 3508px by 4960 (A3) size. is that good enought?

Hi Karien, thanks for signing up and for hanging out with us in the stream! :D The pixels on this one are 7000 x 5500. A3 size is okay, (and definitely okay for web) but I usually work between 5000 and 9000 pixels for the widest dimension, and rarely any less just in case I have to someday reproduce the work at a very large size!

Just watched VOD - Really like how to color composition is looking - I really love how your sketches of landscapes remind me of Arthur Rackham's work. I hope I'll be able to catch you live for the next one. Your work is really inspiring ! <3

Thanks Rok! I love Rackham! He's a huge influence for me. Glad you could check out the VOD! We will be painting more on this landscape on Twitch this weekend!
